They didn't have what I wanted even I ordered it, and then they got the order wrong and I had to go back to get the items they mixed up.

Said they were at max capacity because they had one server and asked us to leave. No one cares if it takes an extra 15 minutes to get your food it's waffle house we expect it to be dirty and have bad service. You have 3 employees there and only 3 tables sat. I have been to several Waffle Houses where the cooks and managers also serve. The manager/supervisor was just standing there doing nothing. Suck it up buttercup and serve everyone. It’s not like there were people lined out the door. We would’ve been the 4th table. Went down the street to the one on Shackleford. They also only had one server and more customers and they served us fine.
The wait was horrendous. The servers would leave the tables dirty so people couldn't sit down. There was no organization between the to go orders and dine in. It was in big free for all.
