I should start by saying, on average I would give Waldo's in Little Rock a 3.75-4, the food is good and most (not all) of the staff is friendly enough. However, this was a different experience. The staff were VERY rude, they were out of hot wings and my child was told "no he can not have two legs, no substitutions, we don't do that here." Needless to say, we left. I'm not saying I won't ever go back but it put a bad taste in my mouth and it will be a while before I can convince myself it's worth it.

Great food but it's been a couple times now that whoever is working around this time at drive thru, has been rude and cuts you off as you're speaking.

Food was really good, people were nice, friendly, attentive... except for the bartender. She was rude as can be. My husband ordered a beer and our food was delivered before his beer so he went to the bar to get it thinking that he needed to tell her. She proceeds to tell him that she was getting it and that she had a couple people in front of him. When we ordered our food, she was at the bar, by the time we sat down at a table, she was nowhere to be found. She had a nasty look on her face the entire time. Then she was standing at the end of the bar where she thought nobody could see her while she picked at her teeth. Didn't go wash her hands, went straight back to the bar and proceeded to touch all over everything. If not for her attitude and bad hygiene, I would have given 5 stars.

The Waldos on Bass Pro Pkwy have better food than North Little Rock location the last time I ate at the Nlr location I got sick it's a bunch of Mexicans running the kitchen they cannot cook soul food only their kind of food very disappointed..I'll continue to visit Bass Pro location very good food and the service was outstanding ?

Always love going to this Waldo’s. They always have some of my favorite sports to watch on and the GM is always eager to help. Racheal always has a smile and provides excellent service. Truly the best Waldo’s spot in town.

Great food and a great beer selection. I can't think of the name of the beer that's made especially for Waldo's, but it's a reason to go there besides the great chicken and fix'ns!

Can't get a simple 2 piece chicken. I wanted a reast and a thigh and I guess you have to pay for what they want you to have. Funny how when you buy an 8 piece you can get the chicken you want. Will not ever go back there again.

We tried a little of everything. Quick & friendly service. The honey mustard was my favorite sauce. Great onion rings, mac & cheese, sandwiches, and chicken tenders. I heard the banana pudding is homemade. I didn’t try it but will have to next time I go.

Was my favorite spot, but now it's dirty, plastic bags instead of paper, and that gross wooden clipboard that everyone touches. And now this...hair fried around the chicken tender. No nets in sight these days. When I mentioned to manager, she just shrugged her shoulders. At least I received a refund, to her credit, which warrants the 2 instead of 1. Each day, cooking at home just seems best.

First time today. The price was decent and the food tasted good. Didn't take long for the food to come out. The Mac & cheese tasted and seem like its homemade and the homemade banana pudding was good. Queso tasted good to. Bar tender was a good guy. He was friendly and had a good attitude on him. Don't mind going back and eat again there

Chop Chop Bleu Salad is perfect. Not too wet for a tossed Salad. Proportions are great. And only $12.
