This was a tough rate. First of all, the employees were knowledgeable, polite, & fast. The 3 star review is simply because on the scale of all chicken/fries meals I’ve had, this is 3 stars compared the 5s I’ve tried. Honestly, I think both the chicken & fries were not served fresh & probably had been sitting under heat for at least 10-20 minutes before I ordered. I picked up my order 7 minutes after placing it. Fries were wilty & crispless & I’d describe the chicken as comparable to raising canes at best but not near as juicy or steamy (at least the tenders I got). Idk, lot of hype but this place just doesn’t quite hit the mark as a high-quality chicken place. Pricey compared to other fast food chicken options that are just as good or better. I must add, in all fairness, that I was the only person at the dinner table who didn’t feel like it was really good food & they happily ate my leftovers. Worth seeing for yourself, I guess. Everyone has different standards.

Chicken tenders here are amazing. Service was great.
Waldo’s chicken is SO GOOD! Very crispy and flavorful. We went on National Margarita Day because they had a $5 margarita special. It was very busy with a line out the door but the line moved quickly! The margaritas were very good and Strong!!! The bartender was a bit rude. He was obviously very stressed and busy with the busy crowd.
