I really like my Walmart,

All Walmarts get 1 star, but this Walmart, in particular, is awful. Never have enough checkouts open. Employees are seemingly always rude and unhelpful. I try to avoid this location as much as possible. There is a lot of crime in the parking lot. I actually had a gun pulled on me while at the front of the store. I am amazed how terrible this location/store is, far below the average terrible Walmart. Oh, no, Tap to Pay either. The employees will just stand around with checkouts closed with lines of customers. The check outs arbitrarily take cash while some do not but you won't find this out until you have stood in line with cash in hand until an employee casually strides by and then informs you that the self checkout doesn't take cash. I would ask before standing in line but an employee will be no where in sight ..until you finally get to the check out.

Now I know why that this pharmacy as a low reviews I got mad one day at them bc they said I can pick up my meds at a certain time and I couldn't pick it up and now I can't even use them when it was there fault in the first place they should never said I could pick it up a certain time when they didn't know. I try talking to the manager and he is just as bad I would be careful with this pharmacy if I was you!!! Shannan

It's a lady by the name Diane that works in the Deli that's very rude. I walked up to the stockroom doors as her and another employee was walking out. I was looking for someone to look for an item for me. I hadn't even walked in the stockroom but she was aggressive. She told me that I couldn't go back there. I already knew that so that's why I didn't. I was looking for help. Actually she was talking to me like I was her child. I don't want to be face to face with her again. It's very rude to push a customer away. Instead I felt like she could've helped me but she didn't. She also walked around the store talking crazy to me. I guess she forgot that she was at work. I don't like confrontation and that's exactly what she did.

Self checkouts are closed on one side of building. No cashiers were available either.

I love shopping at walmart, but Walmart on shackleford will need to love me a little more; I am an early shopper, in and out, before the good meat is gone; Walmart has nice and friendly associates there even early in the morning, smiling and being polite, that early; I love that, but if I buy as much as need to buy, there are no check-out people, and I am too slow on the self check-out. I love you Walmart, now you love me back, get that five stars and let me spend more money, and even if it is on early morning.

I went shopping here and got most of the things I needed. I think the greatest thing that happen to meet while in the self check out line; is one of the staff member offer to assist me with checking out and I didn't have to asks. That's great service!

The Bakery department at this location gives very low vibrations. I ordered a cake for 40th bday on Monday for pickup Thursday after 5p. I got to the bakery at 6 had to call someone from Deli to assist. She said my cake wasn’t back there. After waiting 50 mins, the lead came back there and told me I would get a refund. Nothing on the app said my cake wasn’t ready or cancelled. This is the 2nd time in 3 months this bakery department has either not made or cancelled my cake order. I was forced to get a cake that was there and no one could write on it. Another lead wrote my message on it (bless her heart) she tried but it look a hot mess. I appreciated her for trying to make it right but I will drive to Bryant to get a cake bc they never let me down. But this department needs some serious coaching and a corrective action done bc if not …. I’m gon think the cake/bakery person knows me and she was playing with me bc she a hater. Nevertheless… if u want a cake made definitely pass this Walmart bakery up… even if it’s on the way because they will let u down everytime.

We got lost twice, because it wasn't our usual. Associates were friendly, though.
