Excellent experience. Nice to have a burger with real meat flavor. Order process is very streamlined. Service was quick.I hope this chain keeps their menu small and manageable. Remember when Wendy's and White castle had very few items? They started expanding the menu and everything went south.Wayback has a small menu and they seem to get it right.I'll definitely return.

Flavorful beef burgers! The staff was incredible. My only complaint is that the burgers are a little bit more expensive than nearby burger places.That said, they have an option to create your own burger, or you can add all the toppings you want on a single burger that is under $7.We ordered the Bourbon Burger and the Cheeesy.

Great place I eat here just about every other day but they black male who usually works nights is completely shows racism why does he shut the restaurant down at 8:30 everyday u guys don’t close until 9 his customer service skills sucks as well if your closed at 8:30 then lock the door at 8:30

My 4 kids and I attempted to get burgers today, 1/14/24, at approximately 1:10. There was a sign on the door saying that this location was closing at 2 due to weather. We thought okay great we’re in time. As soon as we walked in, the guy cooking had a very visual and verbal tantrum about more customers. I asked, another employee who was approaching us, if it would be better if we left as we weren’t there to upset anyone. To this, he acknowledged in what appeared to be in the affirmative without ever saying a word. I suggested they change the sign to closed now and pointed in the direction of the tantrum thrower, manning the grill, and said because that is unacceptable behavior! We went just around the corner to a newer hamburger restaurant and were treated well, as any regular person would appreciate. We will not make the mistake of going to this establishment again, but do feel bad for the owners!Sent from my iPhone

Well the second time on a to go order that was ordered 20 minutes before arrival only to be asked 20 minutes later Sir what what you name after I paid 20 minutes before and my food was setting right there in the to go order box the whole time. The girl with the green hair is incompetent and needs to be fired immediately if not sooner.I literally watched 10 other bags of orders go out in front of mine setting right there for the second time same girl. Owners do you get what I’m saying. No disrespect to everyone else there, but the girl with the green hair needs to go home and figure out why her hair is green!?? 2 / times in a row is pitiful at best.

It's pretty good, pretty good. I thought it was a local joint, but it's actually a small regional chain. Burgers are good, and well topped. I'd say similar to Whattaburger. Reasonably priced. Also had the cheese curds, and they are delicious! It's worth a stop!

We popped in for lunch during the week. Great service and friendly staff. There is some indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. It would be nice if their was more space outside to sit. We tried the steakhouse and the bourbon bacon burgers and shared some fries. The burger all come with 2 patties and toppings. The burgers tasted good, but I think the sauces for both burgers were a little too sweet and overpowering, so you couldn't really taste the beef. The fries were ok, but if you're comparing it to something like five guys then I think wayback fries fall short and they give you less. I might go back and try the craft my own option.
