Upon arrival at the drive thru I was told hold a moment, which was about 7 to 10 minutes after placing my order, was sitting in drive thru for another almost 20 to 25 minutes before getting my order which it was the wrong order. It was 5 staff members at the drive thru window just standing around at the window, it was other people that wasn’t dressed in uniform back behind the counter as if it was meet and greeting time, or free food time.
