It was clean and everyone was friendly. The food was good and they got our order right. We had salads but my boyfriend doesn't like chicken so he always orders his chicken on the side, you wouldn't believe how many places that have trouble with that, but they got it perfect.

Edit: I went in on November 3, 2025 at 5pm and left at 5:15 having not even given my order! They are SLLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWWW! And it doesn't help when the majority of the employees are standing around doing nothing. The manager (at least the one in the collared shirt) seems to be the only one doing anything.

This was a horrible experience. I asked for a #1 b) Dave Double no pickles with a sweet Tea and a baked potato with cheese and chili. My total was $12.00 at the windows. I CLARIFIED the order. They misunderstood 3 times while I was at the windows. My oder came fries. I didn't say substitute my fries for the potatoe. I asked did the potato have chili and cheese. Manager said yes. Only to get home and find hard bacon crumbs on the potato. My client has no teeth. So she couldn't eat . It's raining hard today
.I can't leave to get her more food
Workers were mo attentive to orders. So no. I WILL NO REFER THIS WENDYS TO NOONE. I do apologize for the inconvenience . Have a good day.

Someone should train the managers how to train supervisors and trainers how to train employees. Higher sales happen when employees know how to handle customers.

It got busy but the staff didn’t use the system. Then they did not want to take more orders but decided to lock the doors from the inside so the people inside couldn’t leave.
Instead just tell people that we can’t take orders but let people leave. Either way I feel trapped

Food did take quite awhile to be made but it’s understandable that everything is made fresh.

The hours say the store closes at 12am, I got there at 11:50 and the young lady wouldn't take my order.
The staff here are very unprofessional and disgusting. The manager was fixing food with one hand and holding a cellphone in the other hand. The young man at the window was handling French fries with no gloves on. When I pulled up there was a young woman who appears to be in high school holding her cellphone with one hand and the mop pretending to to mop floors with the other. How can these folks work if they’re all on the cellphone the entire time. And the manager needs to be written up or fired. It’s not okay to handle food without gloves on. Cellphones carry germs and you’re handling food. And she did not have on a hair net. What’s even more crazy is the Health Department is right across the street. I’ll be giving them a call on Monday.
