Zero stars. I arrived BEFORE midnight and instead of answering the intercom, they just ignored the speaker until it was midnight. Lazy and unprofessional. And the dang lights are still on!

Service and food was great. But I ordered a chicken sandwich and I said where's the chicken. I feel riped off by shrinkflation and inflation on the price. I'll go to a sit down restaurant next time I'm hungry.

Nice crew...fresh food. Chili is the bomb and their chocolate frosty machine works at Rodney Parham location. My stepdad who is very ill has to have one a day and lives the chili w crackers. Fries r bomb... everything is good n hot n fresh when I go. TY

This Wendy's has been here a long time, 20+ years I believe. Always a go to for a fast food burger late night. There have been a few minor issues with orders over the years but not bad.

The workers at this Wendy’s are too lazy to make a baked potato. For the past 6 months I’ve been going to this Wendy’s they claim they are out of baked potatoes. I’ve even had their workers tell me they have them then a couple minutes later they claim they don’t have them.

They gave me a cold muffin! It was not toasted! What is going on here at this location! You are better off going some where else! I also ordered a chicken wrap here, which was garbage too! The lobby was also closed at 9am! I recommend going to a different location!

It was clean and everyone was friendly. The food was good and they got our order right. We had salads but my boyfriend doesn't like chicken so he always orders his chicken on the side, you wouldn't believe how many places that have trouble with that, but they got it perfect.
They were short handed but you could tell they are very well versed in hoe to handle that with grace! Amazing experience!

Edit: I went in on November 3, 2025 at 5pm and left at 5:15 having not even given my order! They are SLLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWWW! And it doesn't help when the majority of the employees are standing around doing nothing. The manager (at least the one in the collared shirt) seems to be the only one doing anything.
