Went through the drive through at 2:30pm on a Sunday. Not busy at all. 2 cars ahead of me. Pulled up to the window and the person at the window told me $10.74, handed me my Mt dew took the money, She closed the window and read her phone that was on her hand the whole time and typed something, I'm assuming a response.After changing my $20 for a $10.94 ticket... she handed me back $6.25 change and shut the window. And, again typed furiously. She then opened the window, handed me a sack and shut the window again. All the while ignoring my question of how much was the order.I just sat there with my hand out of truck window waiting. After typing on her phone again, she realized I was still there, opened the window and realized I was only holding $6. She typed on her phone again looked back at my hand said oh shoot and handed me back another $4 she got out of the register. I literally had the most distracted teen helping me at the window. I handed back the $1 extra she have me. I didn't worry about correcting her $.19 error originally.The burger was good and the fries were Wendy's fries. Good! But... my Mt dew tasted like chemicals ? i am so disappointed.There are several other fast food places along that part of W Markham. I will choose better next time. Or do all places have distracted teens ignoring customers and handing out the wrong change... TWICE.#Wendy's @wendys

Wendy's is really getting terrible! No one was in the drive-thru, and the restaurant wasn't busy, yet we were treated like we were an annoyance! Maybe Donesia is annoyed because she doesn't have any teeth! We ordered 1 combo, and she hollered out our total. We weren't even done ordering! We only wanted two combos large with bacon and no onions, and they can't even get that right! What's the problem with customer service at Wendy's? Why are your employees so unhappy? Maybe your employees wouldn't be so angry and incompetent if you give them a raise! I'm so done with Wendy's, and I'd like a refund asap!
