food was cold also the new tea is terrible it doesn't taste like tea not sure what the taste is but never want it again. service was good.pricing is also good.The bacon egg and cheese was cold as was the potato slices. Over all the people were friendly used the drive thru and it's good speed of service Leaving same old Wendy's still trying to satisfy everyone people have to decide for themselves though No more thoughts

Absolutely awful, bad service and cold food. The workers were chatting away while they had customers, trying to give me cups they'd dropped on the floor and we were missing parts of our order while the part we did receive was cold even though they took a while to give us the food itself.

Whoever was working today 10/23/25 at 3:30 taking orders in the drive thru seriously needs to learn to listen, and change the tone she talks in. I don’t think I’ve ever been interrupted and talked over this much in any food establishment. I told her I wanted two biggie bags with spicy chicken nuggets(we got regular nuggets because she cut me off to ask my sandwich, saying “I know that part, I need the sandwiches, give me the sandwiches”), one with a double bacon cheeseburger no mustard(had mustard so my husband had to take a napkin to it before eating it), and the other with a jr bacon cheeseburger( It had one patty with mustard ketchup pickle onion. Which isn’t remotely the right sandwich). Didn’t ask my size so my husband and I ate small biggie bags, but hey they got the sauce right at least. then she proceeded to call me “boo” when she handed me my food. Just learn to cover your basis in your job. Maybe repeat the order back? I’m willing to drive across town to not deal with this however.

This store needs some help. Walked in to a dirty lobby, trash on some tables/floor, several trash cans pulled out but no one doing anything with them. Store is an older store, which normally is a good thing for me as I like to see the older decore and style, reminds me of childhood.....but this store isn't cared for. Back dining area by bay windows is closed off due to a wall partly giving way, tiles loose and falling. Store actually has carpet still, but hasn't been vacuumed recently or washed.
Saw a Grand total of three employees, the manager seemed competent but as soon as I walked in she handed the register off to another employee who could barely speak, had to repeat myself twice with him. Ordered a Dave's double and a baconator fries and a coke. Told him it would be for here.
Get the food maybe five minutes later so no big deal, was in a bag though, wanted a tray. Took a seat and the food was actually decent, was hot and fresh, fries were great so on that end they have my props. But with the state of the store overall I would say my satisfaction would be poor. I would say this store needs a remodel to fix it's structural issues and the staff need better training/vetted as my order taker was barebones

I just left this location and got a cobb salad meal. The drive thru employee was impolite at best and they forgot the crispy onion strings on my salad. I love this salad so I'm very disappointed.
