Always, always, always TAKES FOREVER IN DRIVE-THRU!! Insane how long it takes, always, no matter when you get here. Morning, afternoon, night, I have waited 20+ with only one car on front of me that I eventually have to drive away and go somewhere else. This has happened more than one but I cannot believe they’re still open with this type of service. Will not go back.

I come here often as I live close and have small nugget loving munchkins! The experience is extremely sub par foods decent but attitudes stink! No customer service at all! I order at minimum 3 meals a trip always have to request a cup holder and literally being given 1 ketchup for 3 meals don’t think you’re gonna give a code at the window because u forgot at the speaker their eyes might roll straight from their heads. Was just told to pull up to get “meat” ready and waited an extra 10 mins for food that was sitting at the window I backed up no response blew my horn they’re laughing ? I walked in the the cashier talking on FaceTime and they’re asking me is this my bag.. my kids are screaming my food is cold af if I had time today I would have gotten a refund and thrown those frostys right in the lil gay boys face.. and I said what I said.. not a dig a fact

Me and my kids got some late grocery shopping done and we stopped at this location the staff was kind and courteous. They were closing the lobby down but they allowed us to sit and eat. I really appreciate it! Robert was new but amazing!

Workers be having attitudes, including the lady manager. The lobby has a sign saying it's closed for apparent reason. Just a sign saying lobby closed. And this has happening multiple times. But there no reason why it is. They need better employees
