I just left this location and got a cobb salad meal. The drive thru employee was impolite at best and they forgot the crispy onion strings on my salad. I love this salad so I'm very disappointed.

We went inside to eat around 1230pm on 07-10-2025 for lunch after along doctor's Appointment! The guy acted like we weren't even there at the front counter. Then this other guy came to wait on us.

Place is run down, dirty, and understaffed. The staff that was there was nice. This is my 3rd visit in 3 months. Just keeps getting worse.

Food is fine, location and wait time is terrible. Go to a different wendys or slim chickens 30 seconds down the road. Been several times and always takes 10 mins+ to even get to the order machine.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service my coworker and I received at this Wendy’s. The employees working the drive-thru were completely unprofessional and had a rude attitude from the moment we pulled up to the speaker. The microphone system was awful—they claimed they couldn’t hear us, even though we were speaking loud and very clearly. Meanwhile, we could hear them just fine. They were clearly unorganized, and it felt like forever before they even took our payment, let alone got our food out to us. Fast food? Not even close. If this location wants returning customers, they seriously need to work on their customer service and efficiency.

Total sweethearts work here. Nothing like some chili and a frosty. They make sure I get my condiments e my food and that impoyto me. Especially w chili. U gotta have crackers, sour cream, the chili packet sauce, spoon, always there. I live close to this location and go here often. Glad they have a great team working there. Oh, and the rest of the family lived their food too.

I tried ordering 3 different items of the menu. Ghost pepper chicken “sorry sir, there will be a wait.”’ Bacinator -
“ Sorry sir, there will be a wait, no bacon.”
Chicken club- “sorry sir, there will be a wait.”
Well I guess I’ll wait on the Ghost Pepper chicken. 20 minutes later. “ sorry sir, waiting on the fries.”
Ride, lazy ass staff. Waiting around to go home, allergic to work, and no customer service skills!

This establishment needs just 2 things: a bulldozer and a roll off dumpster to cart away any memory of the building.
I ordered breakfast online and gave them 20 minutes to prepare my order. When I arrived, my order wasn't even started, and it took 25 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches.
I thought perhaps maybe that was a fluke, so I decided to give them another chance. Thank goodness I didn't place my order online. I arrived at 8:20 pm, walking from a nearby hotel. I can't say I was disappointed, I should have expected this, but the dining area was closed. Store hours clearly state they are open until 10:00 p.m. after about 20 minutes of wandering around the building I finally got the attention of an employee (probably the only one working there). He typed a text message on his phone stating that if business is slow we close early.
Wendy's really needs to kick this franchisee to the curb. They don't even have a legible menu on display.

So I bought one of the 5.dollar deals from.this establishment! Sad and upset with the quality of food being sold here!

I guess that business is on a budget due to the lack of food given.on my order. Half fries, burt nuggets, no mayonnaise the lettuce was rotten (see picture), and the soda taste more like deluded carbonated water with little soda.

Next time I will eat at MCDONALD'S!!! Because I know i.will not get ripped off, I will receive the correct portions each product, and the vegetables lettuce tomatoes mayonnaise or any other products won't be spoiled, or rotten. What a shame or sham!!!
