I paid for my food and after waiting what seemed like forever I told the lady at the counter to give my food to someone else……..if it ever gets made. This was the worst fast food experience I can remember

I ran by to try the new Orange “Dreamsicle” Frosty and decided to get the Chicken Club also as I used to really enjoy them but haven’t had one in a long time. They’ve definitely changed their chicken as they are now about half the size they used to be. Another example of paying more for less. Unfortunately the frosty was disappointing as well. It didn’t taste like a dreamsickle. I guess It’ll be another few years and I’ll try a Wendy’s again.

This location has MULTIPLE rats. The frosty machine doesn’t get cleaned properly. Employees never washed their hands nor used gloves. I’ve also found worms on the lettuce. Not to mention if any cups , or lids fall on the floor, they don’t get thrown away. they just reuse them! i wouldn’t eat at this wendy’s personally.

Pulled into the drive thru bout 6 deep! Not moving, so I pulled out, parked, and went in. Told the lady I wanted a number 2 burger, fries, and no drink. She asked what flavor drink. I said no drink. She stared at the computer for a minute and then asked me again, what flavor drink? I said, "No drink!" I left because I thought, if she can't get this right, what else is she going to mess up!? I seriously thought she was high!

Literally never had a normal experience at this Wendy’s lol. The person at drive-thru yelled at me tonight, “DAMN wait until I get the food out!” when I said I wanted a frosty too quick after I said I wanted a chili. That was all I wanted but apparently it was too fast lol. Then I get to the window and there is no memory of the frosty lol so I asked if I could get a frosty as well and he slammed the window shut and mumbled about adding things on at the window.” The chili was gross … previously had workers inside just straight up pretend no one is in the drive thru an hour before closing. I keep going back hoping it’ll be better and made a fool each time lol.
