Google hours say the drive through is open until midnight. Mobile app says the dive through is open until midnight. I place an order. Get to the speaker at 9:27pm and they say they're closed.

I wanted to try the new Salted 🧂 Caramel Frosty. A small was $2.31. I won't order that again. The cup was so small. Seems like the $1 Frosty promotion cup a month 🤔 ago was a larger cup. This location is newly renovated, and it looks nice and clean right now.
Parking: Small parking lot and hard to access.

They forgot the bacon on my big BACON classic. Drive-thru was packed, went inside and the lady took 15 minutes to take the order of the guy in front of me.
I just left and ate the dang baconless bacon burger
Honestly not worth it. Lady taking the order not paying attention at the people waiting to order. Her mic was on and you can hear goofy around. Pull up to the window and the employees just seem uninterested. Two of the male employees just goofy around with the manager just standing there. Honestly not worth getting Wendy's from here. Really unprofessional.

Place always has fresh food and fast service. The inside needs some work tho. That's the only thing. Floor sticky from all the customers daily.

**Update, they reached out because we placed an official complaint and their reply basically said "we are sorry to hear but we acknowledge it happen". Even more reason not order from them again. Just save yourself some stress and drive the extra 5 minutes to order food elsewhere. **Ordered delivery and they didnt give us our two main entrees and when we called the store to see about coming to pick em up the manager refused to help, or even let us know what to do to get our money back. We are at a loss of food and money, and they refused to answer our calls about it. Horrible service and management.

Placed an order for delivery on 07/21/24 at 8:30 pm and when I received it I was missing 2 items from my order I called the store to let them know and the woman at first was nice, until I explained what I was missing she claimed she made them herself and that they were in the bag I told her I wasn't trying to cause any trouble I just wanted my 2 items that were missing and I'd come pick them up she again re-assured me that she made them and then hung up on me I work in fast food and I know how dashers can be but all she had to do was remake my 2 items but instead when I call back she answers then puts down the phone and proceeds to mock me to another employee idk how it's done at wendys but that's super Unprofessional especially when I'm literally spending money I earned, fast food is hard so if you cant handle customer service get a new job. Either I get some type of refund or I get my items how hard is that definitely would not recommend this place atleast if you want good service

Stopped in for a shake to go, but there's a difference between an actual prepared shake that you can slurp through a straw and instead just getting soft serve ice cream in a cup! Good luck trying to enjoy that while trying to also drive!

I had a classic with fries and a drink upgraded to a large. I thought a classic would be a burger but it was a chicken sandwich. It tasted good, just not what I expected. The large fries was too much for me to eat. The drink was great as they had a machine with about everything you might want available. Service at the counter was a little slow, they were quite busy filling a large order so I didn't mind. I just hate waiting when employees are standing around.
Parking: It is tight parking. They are set up for drive thru more than walk ins.

This Wendy’s is terrible, I try my best to be patient because working in the service industry can be challenging but from having to wait in line for 30 mins, getting to the window and the employees are just all over the place then I get my food home and it’s cold and the bread is hard and rubbery like they microwaved the bread, my patience has tapped out, I don’t know why I keep wasting my time and money at this horrible location ?
