I really hope Wendy's appreciates Ms.Carol she is the most pleasant employee I've encountered @ Wendy's.... actually at any Wendy's.
I saw a car in the drive thru so I assumed they were open for breakfast but they had 15 min before opening. She came outside to the cars told use she would open early to take our order but we'd have to wait a few extra minutes for food to be prepared. She was smiling @ each car, she takes pride in her job.

It was fine
This Wendy’s always has employees cleaning and tidying up. I go through the drive thru and eat inside often. They ask me how I’m doing and when my name is called, I once had an employee bring me my food. The employees are always courteous and polite and aim to please. Excellent customer service!
