I ordered two burgers and the meat tasted spoil!!! I mean disgusting!!!! I'm going to report this to corporate, The manager handed me my food, and Im sure she know that is old meat!!!! I took one bite and now my stomach is upset! If this gets any worse I will have to move forward. 11/15/25 between 02:10- 245pm

1pm on a Friday afternoon. There are 3 employees in the restaurant "working". 8 people in line at the front register and nobody there. 2 of them were at the drive-thru and one was at the sandwich station. I ordered via mobile, so I was not too concerned about the line, however, it took 10 minutes to make my simple order (double stack biggie bag).
Since you can not add the keychain free frosty to a mobile order, I always get it when I pick my order up. The employee refused to give it to me and told me that I would have to wait in line behind the 10 people now in line so she could add it to the register. These 8 of the 10 now in line had been in line since I entered the store 10 m8nutes earlier.
I have no idea how this location can be rated the way it is with this kind of service.
