Service sucks. I always order on the app and pickup. The food is good. However, if you ask for a different dressing for the salad they still give you ranch. Ughhhh. I also ordered nuggets and asked for Ghost Pepper Ranch and they gave me Honey Mustard. It's always something with this Wendy's and their servers. The food is good and the nuggets were hot.

Food, service, and atmosphere is iffy. We came with laugh and smiles and got the worst. Wrong order but they repeated what I asked for but didn't get anything right. Extra bitter BURNT coffee no sugar like what.....? How you get chicken to sausage.......? Then smile but the whole time the order wrong.......? Sad, pitiful, and I won't be going back.

The service was ok but the ice machine was leaking water all over the floor,was very wet and slippery and the employees was very loud and a lot of cursing or bad language going on and no ketchup in containers and give me hard time for requesting ketchup, will not be back to that restaurant on baseline road in Little Rock AR.72209

When I walked in one of the all male staff was talking about how they didn’t have a manager and didn’t need one; however, considering the fact that they made multiple mistakes, they obviously did. The worst thing was their relentless harassment of a poor girl who came in to order but was met with unwanted flirting and inappropriate comments.
Every last staff member who was there needs to be terminated.
