The staff were talking and laughing instead of doing my order that I placed in 20 minutes ago. They staff was very mean and the food was cold. I am requesting that these people should be changed or at least talked to about their responsibility and attitude. One of the staff was eating and walking around while doing my food which was very uncomfortable to see and I did not want to eat my food after that. Overall the service was 0 and they took 35 minutes to do a simple order just because they wanted to chat and have fun in the back. This is a photo where 3 of the staff were talking. I placed an onilne order, stood at the counter and no one came to help or greet me. I asked for a manager because of how long i had to wait. Manager never came. The weekend crew is horrible. Will not be returning

When my son was a little boy, my mom used to help taking care of him. Occasionally, she brought my son to the Wendy’s to take lunch. My mom only could say a few simple words to the cashier who was a very patient lady. She could always get them the order correct through my mom’s body language. And they liked my son too, sometimes they gave him a toy.

Placed an order through the app ok 09/08 around 10pm. Went to the drive thru and employe was pretending to not be there or working. No one attended to the drive thru. Door locked. Knocked multiple times. We noticed a person just sitting in the car in their parking lot, not sure if this was the employee or not. Basically, we paid for food on the app to go to Wendys and not receive our food. Terrible service. Per Google, it's supposed to be open until 12am.

Just watched employee take fries from the ready to serve area back to the deep fryer and heated up and put back into the warmer area and serve to customer. Is this how Wendy's get there hot fries all the time? Is this normal? I guess should have expected poor service since walking in and doors look like they have not been cleaned in days. When leaving and getting cup lid they were empty along with straws.

The ladies on lunch shift are so sweet. The food is good although sometimes it takes a little bit to come out. No big deal though because it usually comes out perfect! But the excellent customer service from the lunch crew is what pushed me to leave 5 stars.

Loved it. Not my normal Wendy’s but had a great experience. When I got to the window they were sorting out a special order I asked for: fries without salt. They took some out of the bag and replaced them. Caught it on their own. I thanked them! About to get the rest of the meal, I’m typing this as I’m sitting at the window. Will update if anything is amiss, but great choice today!
