If I could give them zero stars, I would. I went through the drive thru because the first time I was inside and it took forever. They have gotten my order wrong at the drive thru both times. Each time I have been the only one there. I have had to wait a long time for my order and then it was wrong. They make excuses when you ask them to fix it. Also the kitchen does not wear gloves while preparing the food.

We threw our food away. We watched the person bagging our food sneeze on it... LITERALLY!! The manager was standing right next to him handing him our stuff to put in the bag and did nothing. I didn't feel like getting shot at a drive through arguing over fast food so no I didn't say anything to her. It was TERRIBLE atmosphere in and around the place. If you know you know.😬

I love Wendy’s. But this one needs some HELP. I always have to wait such a long time to get my food…and most of the time something is wrong with my order. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, or slow…but get it together babes pleasee. Yesterday I went in to get my food and the girl at the window gave the person someone else’s order. A coworker informed her about the mistake and she started laughing…smh.

The glass doors coming in are filthy the staff talking loud in back the tables and floor were nasty no one came out and wiped them this was at 10:45ish a.m. who is the manager there they need to replaced i got a baconator combo meat was not seasoned it was nasty left a nasty taste in my mouth obviously the manager doesn't care because I use to be a supervisor and I knew that my team work and performance reflected me I see that someone from Wendy's keep responding to the reviews which I see most are the same complaints.. This Wendy’s is filthy. Tables not wiped condiment area dirty. Bathrooms disgusting Mirror filthy, sink gross. Soap dispenser set clogged. Paper towels not functionally. Door dirty. As an out of town visitor I was appalled. Where is the health inspector ?

They close everything down 1hr or more before store closes. No sodas ice creams or anything. They are lazy. Lights turned off and everything from 10.40 they close at 12am? Crazy.
