The burgers are definitely good, the problem is the terrible service. It took them 20 minutes to give me my order and everything was wrong. The person at the counter didn't even apologize because it was their mistake. In the end, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for a burger!

While I am unsure of what the inside service is like, I have to say that the drive through is extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there were already two vehicles sitting ahead of us waiting on their orders. Then, we were asked not only to pull up to wait, but to ask those in front of us to move ahead so we could allow those behind us to have room as well. Then, to make matters worse, when my husband specifically requested to not have ketchup or mustard put on his burger the request was ignored since it had lots of mustard on it. Even though the staff was verbally respectful, their actions spoke a lot louder than their words. After this twenty minute long experience in the drive through, we will not be visiting this fast food restaurant again.

I ordered a kids meal and chicken tenders with a cheeseburger and it took them 45 minutes to bring it out. We waited on the drive thru and then was told to pull up. Corporate needs to come down and do a surprise visit.

Food is okay, but you MUST check your food after you get it. My orders are almost never correct, and sometimes they get it wrong again after complaining, so it's important to check no matter what.

This whataburger does not represent the service/ values that made whataburger great. Extremely slow service, no one at this restaurant understands how to provide good customer service.

Food was ok, The customer service was not good. The cashier was more interested in some guy hanging out by tbe door she was interested in... there was someone else that seem to be overseeing things and he did not seem tk care about things and helped to ignore customers.

Been too this location multiple times and my food was cold after waiting a long time just a waste of money and time pulling up for cold food and for the cashier too walk out too say what you order just rude and disrespectful I never go back

Ordered at the drive through. When we got to the window to pay, the employee looked surprised and annoyed that we appeared. She asked for us to pull up and wait in another lane. After waiting about 10 minutes for our order, she only brought out our food and not our drinks so we had to wait for her to walk back inside and get those. This is our third time trying this location. We have had a bad experience each time but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. We won’t be back.

So my wife and I went into the restaurant and there was no one to greet us so we had to order from the electric kiosk by the front counter. After we ordered, there was no one there to hand us our drinks. We waited a long time about 20 minutes before we were served and they were very few people in the restaurant so this made us mad. After we had received our food, we realized that my wife’s bacon cheeseburger was made incorrectly. There was no bacon. I took it back to Kyla at the front counter, and I asked her to please remake the bacon cheeseburger because it was made incorrectly. She came back with another burger, and it was another bacon cheeseburger that was also made incorrectly. We were very frustrated. The restaurant was hot and there were flies buzzing around. I would be embarrassed to be the manager of this restaurant. We did not so much as to receive an apology for the incorrect menu item.

Wow what a nosedive for this location. Soggy fries, a chicken sandwich thrown together like what you would get at a McDonald's. Terrible wait, ridiculous wait.
