I recently visited this Whataburger location and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with the company. The staff were not customer-friendly at all—giving rude looks and stares—and the atmosphere in the kitchen was chaotic. Employees were loudly yelling at one another in a way that felt more like siblings arguing than a professional workplace.

As someone who has enjoyed Whataburger in multiple states, I was really disappointed to see a location being run this poorly and unprofessionally. Part of the issue, in my opinion, is the lack of diversity on staff. I say this as a college alum and an African American customer who values equal opportunity and representation. Hiring should always be inclusive, but it’s just as important that every employee maintains professionalism, respect for customers, and a strong work ethic once they’re on the job.

This experience does not reflect the quality or reputation I’ve come to expect from Whataburger, and I truly hope management addresses these issues.

Should be a 5 star rating butt sadly this was the one and only time I went to a Whataburger and they were out of spicy ketchup. 😂 all jokes aside, the food/service were great!

It's super busy always but the burgers are worth it and so amazing. The staff is super friendly and very quick but lunch wait times are long so keep that in mind
