Came here for the first time because I was given a buy one get one coupon from the promotions team at the last Razorbacks game. Everything was a train wreck. I ordered my two burgers and was very surprised by how high the price was for two simple burgers (especially with a buy one get one). After I got my receipt it looked like the server just put a bunch of extras onto a basic Whataburger to jack up the price. Over $12 for an a-la-carte burger with no sides or a drink… I was just going to drive away and just live with the cost, but luckily I checked to see if my order was made correctly… surprise surprise it was made wrong. I didn’t want anyone *doing anything* to my re-make so I just decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. Definitely not the greatest first experience.

The food is great and the employees are nice, but I marked them down a star because they are SO slow! It always takes at least 20-30 minutes to get my food, whether I'm in the dining room or the drive-thru and whether they are busy or not.

Just don't go. Whataburger needs to do something about this location. The food is awful. I went shortly after it opened and assumed it was terrible because it was new. This is not and I mean is NOT the case. The meat on my burger definitely reflects it's namesake. What berger. If you are craving whataberger go to the conway location. It is as close to texas Whataburger as I've got in ark. Please send the conway manager to help this location.

For being the first time that I've ever tried this restaurant the one on Chenal Parkway was absolutely fantastic! The staff was very friendly and even awarded me a birthday surprise! Not to mention the food was exceptional! I definitely will be going back
The food at this location just doesn't taste the same as it does in Texas. It wasn't bad though. There were many flies in the restaurant. They need to invest in those fans on top of the doorway to keep them out.

I would just like to recognize a manager I had an interaction with named Devon I believe. I was rude to him at first which I apologize! I was also ignorant and blind to the fact that he was working all alone. He displayed excellent customer service and leadership. He also apologized for the wait and even offered me an apple pie. The guy who opened the door for me was super nice! But as soon as I got to the counter I wasn’t even greeted, I was just stared at. One girl kept staring at me while walking to the register and I asked her if it was okay to order. She said yeah but then proceeded to yell my order instead of taking it cause she needed someone to log in. When the cashier came up she was rude as hell!! Usually when I come everyone is so nice and friendly, but this time was a different story. Management, y’all gotta get it together with your employees.
