No complaints, was there pretty. My wife enjoyed her burger, Fry's were good, my breakfast burrito was just as good as ever. I will admit the drive through took a while longer than I'm used to in Texas locations.

This has got to be one of the slowest fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food is great. But, it doesn’t matter what time of day or night the service here is terrible. It takes forever and a day to get your food. I truly wish I had better things to say but the service is painfully slow. There is absolutely no “fast food” here. I hope they can get this issue fixed.

I got there at noon there were two people ahead of me. It took thirty minutes before my food came out. I’ve only got a thirty minute lunch break. The employees were very slow. They also were locking the door after people came in which is illegal it’s a fire hazard. Worst fast food place in Little Rock

Waited 30 minutes for food midafternoon. No napkins or condiments in the bag. Food was hot, but burger was doused in mustard on both buns, so much it was dripping out. It was really a mustard burger as that’s all I could taste. I had my dog in the car with the windows rolled up. She of course barked at the stranger walking up to my car and when he gave me my food, he made a snarky remark about how I better learn to control my dog. Second time there. Not worth the wait.

I love this place, but the last couple of times I went, I'll wait for someone to take my order. The director of operation, Joe Martin, saw me walking out of the restaurant and asked if they took care of me, and I said no because I had somewhere to be so he told me that the next 2 meals are on me. He said he's getting ready to fix the problem and the way he approached me I believe he will.

I had ordered chicken strips and onion rings, I got french fries, had to go ask for onion rings. I took for ever to get the food. My son got the patty melt, and they put the wrong grilled onions on it. If there was a choice why did the cashier ask which was wanted? When I got the onion rings, they weren't good - greasy. I took most of my strips home and the cats wouldn't even eat them. I don't know what all the hype is about with whataburger. Might try some of the breakfast items, but will not go out of my way to eat there.

I was excited to eat whataburger today but what a let down. Usually have high expectations for this place. It was my first time at this location service was horrible and my order was wrong and wrong again after it came out the second time. I’m waiting for my order and no one is upfront to even talk to I look back into the kitchen and see the employees “play fighting”. Absolutely ridiculous.
