The service was horrible. Employees were vaping while making our lunch. Our order was wrong. We had to wait almost 25 minutes for our food. I will not come back here. I will stay in NLR where there are “Real” managers and work staff.

We had a very good smoked chicken cesar salad… and a pullet pork… which was a little cold but delicious. If you are nearby it is worth a stop.

This isn’t real BBQ! None of the meats were actual smoky tasting, no smoke ring visible, tasted more like boiled brisket, and old roasted pork. Terrible excuse for barbecue!! Waste of $72. Please do NOT eat here, unless you want bland, dry, tasteless food. We tried 4 different meat items, and none were good, not qualified as “barbecue”. If the bbq is good and authentic you don’t need 6 different types of bbq sauce. They offer 6 kinds of bbq sauce at each table. I suppose it’s to disguise the flavor of the meats. Also, the collard greens had very little seasoning, and the coleslaw wasn’t creamy at all. We all agreed it was the WORST BBQ we’ve ever had.

I ordered 1:47 pm 07/26/24 dine in. Just 2 sandwiches. Unfortunately the janitor was the only one doing his job. Cashier and cook were dropping f bombs while we waited for our food. 40 minutes no food, the janitor asked them for our order. Terrible attitudes on the cashier and cooks part.

This is the worst whole hog out of the four locations I have been to. After many attempts, I refuse to go back. I’ve given them chance after chance and it’s the same horrible experience every time.
Every single time we dine in or take out, the food is COLD or very lukewarm. They never warm the food to desired and appropriate temperature. It’s gross to think that the food has just been sitting in the kitchen all day and not kept at appropriate food safe temperatures.
The brisket is also consistently dried out.
They consistently leave out items from your To-go order, too. Wrong sides, or missing sides, or wrong sauce, or no sauce, and of course - lukewarm food all around. It’s soooo nasty.
Thankfully, the other Whole Hog locations I’ve eaten at (rebsamen, benton, Conway) do not behave this way… so it’s a location/staff issue here. Beware!

Got take out on a Tuesday (6pm). Ordered online, food was ready when requested and the order was correct. Counter staff was nice and prompt.
Food, unfortunately was subpar. The fries were substantially undercooked (rubbery and soft), the sliced brisket was dried out, the ribs were extremely salty and dried out. The Mac n cheese was good, but was nothing different than Craft Mac n Cheese from a box. The pulled pork was good, fairly moist but lacking in smoke flavor.
Maybe my experience was an anomaly, based on the other reviews I expected much more.
Might be best to avoid BBQ in Little Rock, especially if you are from a town known for BBQ [I.e. Kansas City (where I am from), Memphis, North Carolina or Texas]. But that’s just my opinion.

No one likes the rib part of the lettuce. It's like eating the rind or a stem.
