Just moved here from Texas and I must say best wings I’ve had here! Service was great the ladies were nice. Didn’t take long for my food and yes it was hot and fresh. Almost gave up hope after going to chicken king but glade I found a clean and nice restaurant to have
The food here is good. The time to get food is long. The reason I gave a star rating of 2 is because the food is good customer service is horrible. The night manager (older black lady) seems to enjoy her power until it costs a customer discontent and feeling helpless. The staff got the order wrong, she ask if we want it remade or refund because it'll take another hour we said refund. she then autonomously decided that she will not give a refund and we'll have to wait instead. she called security (two guys) because we told her we don't want the food and would like a refund and she had us escorted out without anything. I highly dissuade customers going here. Customer service is something she truly lack especially being a so called leader. (attitude was horrible)

I don't mind the wait at all especially since everything is cooked fresh and to order. People are nice and the ambiance is a very relaxed one.

Had lunch from here today and tried a couple of different flavors. The boneless garlic honey bbq chicken as well as the garlic lemon pepper and wowza. Super tasty. Easily…my absolute favorite chicken that I have ever had. Besides the flavor the chicken was perfect and I would highly recommend to anyone. My co worker had the catfish and she loved it too! Hands down best ever!Prices weren’t bad and totally worth a stop… or two… or ten.

I would usually go to bww whenever I was craving wings but found this place and it’s so much better! The lady on front counter was very nice!

Decided to go here on a recommendation from a friend and I'm so glad I did. The wing shack has it own vibe, first off excellent service you place your order they let you know and there's plenty of signs about that your food is made to order so it may take a bit to be ready, if you in a hurry do yourself a favor and call them in advance. Wings hands down are the best in Little Rock so far I ordered half Hot Garlic Lemon Pepper (Wet) and half Garlic Honey BBQ. Where both finger licking good, trust me it can get messy but worth it. Only part from my POV they need to step it up and make their own Ranch if they do man they are going into a league of their own. Still not enough to take any stars out of the 5 because to be honest I have to give a big shout out to the ladies at the Bar at this place they were awesome at their job and the shots specially the Green Tea , easily one of the best ones I had at a bar in a while! Will definitely recommend and can't wait to be back. Let the good times roll. I apologize I didn't take any pictures but I was starving and the wings smelled and looked so good, my bad.
