No one picks up the phone ever as a business why would you not have some one available to pick up the phone and talk to customers and-allow them to be able to place their orders.
I wish there was an in between yes and no. The food is good. We love all the food there and is our preferred spot to get wings but we dont go as often because we cant order ahead. 99% of the time they dont answer the phone or seemingly have it off the hook. I have walked in to employees laughing saying they aren't answering the phone. So the alternative is going in person and waiting 30 minutes or so for your order on a good day. FINALLY a BLACK OWNED🤎 restaurant that gets his lemon pepper WET wings 🍗 correct, and fries my catfish in CORN MEAL 🌽 instead of flour❗️
For reference, he gets the 10 piece wings and fries 🍟 combo, and I get the 2 piece fried catfish combo, no coleslaw, sub fried okra. (You can dip the catfish in sauce just like the wings, same sauce options!)
