Don’t walk or jog but run right on over there I promise you will not be disappointed. The wings and fish always fire one day I almost bit my finger trying to eat it😂😂

I love their food. The food is amazing - no doubt about that. Unfortunately the customer service does not match up and they don’t care to answer their phones 9/10 times because of this we’ve had to go other places when we’d really have loved to give our business to this establishment. Like I said we really enjoy the food and maybe they are going through some growing pains but it’s hard to support a place that doesn’t really care about their customers. They’ve been kind to me in the past and I hoped the experience would improve but dang it’s a challenge just to order wings 🫶🏽 I called 14 times and they all rang the whole way through except for twice it was busy… I have screenshots if I could attach I would 😭

I wish they’d start answering phone more.. instead of me driving way from Sherwood just for them to say they’re closing before closing time 🙄🙄

They have remodeled and changed some things around. More spacious seating, new staff, and everyone was attentive. I ordered a 10 pc wing combo, and it comes with 1 side and a drink that's self-serve. I also got the egg rolls (comes as a 3pk) and dipping sauce. Everything was hot and fresh.

Parking: This location is in a shared strip, and depending on certain days, parking may be a but difficult.

Kid-friendliness: They have seating and tabkes for children and options on the menu that are kid friendly portions.

I was told that the line is out the door and to come in place an order. I pass by there was no line. After being on hold for 5mins to place an over the phone order.

I was able to place order over the phone. I ordered the 10pc garlic hot w/lemon pepper sprinkles combo. The wing was good. I forgot to tell them a to fry them a little longer. I’m from Atlanta, and WE ARE WING CITY IMO, so these were definitely great.
Parking is free.
The staff collectively are friendly. The cook is a little behind. I called in my order at around 7:15 & didn’t receive until 8. Now there is a 20min grace period and this is posted as you walk in. This was just new to me to. I will say it was worth the wait. They are delish.

She makes this place. Her smile and her vibe is amazing. I stopped coming here when she left , but I saw her on a facebook post and decided to come back in to see if she was back. She was! And so are we. Me and my family will be back again. Please don’t leave again MZ P. The place isn’t the same without your presence.

They are correctly named" Wing Shack"....the wings are correct and delicious. Honey Gold is the only flavor I have tried and only one I order.....great wings!

Compliments to the chef…. The wings at this spot are way better than the wingstop. Costumer service only made it all better. Wings were cooked to perfection and the flavoring was on point. Definitely recommend this place.
