Made an order at 4:30. Food wasn't ready at 6:30 and they had no idea how much longer it would be. You must prepay; so no way to get a refund when they lose your order. Would never come back. Actively telling others to avoid.

When i walked in they had set up a table so they could process a bunch of orders at once. Huge.
Service was great, everyone was friendly. Food was great. Jamie helped make the order perfect.

That place is NASTY! The BOH is covered ceiling to floor with grease. Their customer service is awful. They are always so rude and obviously hate their jobs. Never going back. I wish I could give it negative stars. Where the hell is the manager or owner? Who is freaking running this place.

I ordered my food at 1:30pm to be delivered at 5:30. Apparently they deliver through door dash. At 7:30, we still didn't have our food. I contacted the store, and they said I was SOL. I was told to contact door dash. Door dash said because I didn't make a purchase directly with them, I had to deal with the store. The store was absolutely unprofessional. There was screaming and yelling in the background, and the woman in the phone was rude when taking my call. I am out $35. Very unprofessional

I've never written a review before. My to go order was supposed to be boneless. even if the order were wrong I could've handled the mistake if my bone-in order was edible. The sauce was so overwhelmingly dry and spicy (hot honey is usually amazing) I couldn't even breathe while eating it. I usually love wingstop but I am so disappointed. Felt like I wasted my money entirely.
Whoever owns this place needs to do a 100% staff overhaul. It's now 25 minutes since my online order was said to be on its way and it was already 25 minutes past the time I was told to be here. The workers are playing around, joking, leaning on the counter, and pulling up pics of the local superintendent to compare to a customers looks. Fine do all of that on your down time not when there is a lobby full of people irritated because there is an hour wait for orders. Oh and if you get fed up and ask for your money back, they can't do that because they don't do refunds at night. You have to come back tomorrow when the store opens and speak to a manager, even though it's a CASHLESS location. I mean you cannot process an electronic refund?? This place is beyond ridiculous and needs new management and workers. Crazy, just 30 minutes up the highway in Conway, complete opposite. So Wingstop-Little Rock, it is possible to have good customer service and meet your order times. Ridiculous!!

Food WAS disgusting. Order wings . Over cooked. They were hard /tough/dry . In other words NASTY NASTY NASTY. Need to closed it up . Fires hard as a rock . Disgusting disgusting disgusting disgusting . Never eating there again. Waist of my money. I wouldn’t feed my worst enemy this crap
this is by far the most poorly managed restaurant. my husband placed an order that said it would be fulfilled in 16-21 minutes. we never got the order. 2 hours later still nothing. they said it was because they were busy from fight night. my husband asked for a refund. we never got it. i called back a couple of weeks later. she said that only phil could do refunds and that he must have forgotten about ours. she said all customers were told to call back the next day. my husband was not told that. she said to call back tomorrow. i said we are filing a complaint. she said “you are filing a complaint because YOUR husband didn’t call back the next day to confirm his refund?” we still have no refund no food to show from this visit. i cannot get ahold of corporate and if i ever do speak to this phil i will be telling him wingstop at least the one off markham will never receive a drop of my money again.

Ya’ll should take it easy on SALT! Everything got the high salty taste. I ask for less seasoning on fries and still tasted salty!.
Flavor and seasoning is good but stop pouring that darn salt in the batter or in them seasoning.

Fries was dry. Wings were good- over priced but o well. Sunday 8:30 ish no boneless wings so everyone was paying extra to get food. Cashier female 5ft African American was very friendly. Cooking staff was wild to say the least. Mod was just their lmo “ not to get fired vibes”
