Unfortunately my food was not good this time. They recooked my steak twice and overcooked it both times. However, the waitress was amazing. She was very helpful and made sure to make up for it. I wish I knew her name. Her service made up for the food. Thank you ❤️ ?!

My wife and I go here for date night more than anywhere else. The food is very consistent and the service is great. Mary behind the bar is fantastic.

I've come here for lunch a few times and the food was good and service was also good. I've worked in restaurants and run restaurants, so I'm always very attentive at service. Came in tonight with a group of seven. Wasn't very busy but our waitress was very slow, and was in definite need of some additional training. Food wise, My Bistro steak, Which she highly recommended over the much more delicious chicken, was so chewy that I don't know if I'm gonna be able to eat tomorrow anything besides soup, due to my jaw not functioning. Would never get again or recommend to a dog. Also, I got charged $30 for a Don Julio and club soda???!!! When I asked why I got charged that much, the waitress said it was the only one in the computer that she saw??!! Shame on her and shame on the bartending staff for allowing that to happen. There were 4 bottles of Don Julio there in the bar! I'm not sure who's in charge of training the wait staff about the bar, but I might need to redo it. Also, there was no urgency of the waitress to inform a manager of the situation, which is always the most common thing to do in that situation. I know it's hard to find service these days, but there are plenty of restaurants in this town with much better service. Everyone at the table felt the same. Won't be back.

Good value for the price. Service was good but not great. Also did like being seated by the kitchen area when other tables were available. Overall a great place would recommend.

Looks like Yayas has lost its quality control. I use to love the Roasted Chicken,Unfortunately the portions are a lot less and the price went up. They use to give extra caper berries, now it cost an extra $2. The potatoes are always cooked really black like they are burned. The chicken is pre cooked, which I don't mind , however it's dried out with zero moisture and zero seasonings. Looks like they use to have kitchen Mangers to control quality. I am so disappointed. I guess it's hard to find good help. It's a great neighborhood restaurant, I sure wish they would work on serving a better quality product. I will say, the Bruschetta is the best I have ever had. They just need to fix the dry cold served Chicken.

Love this place. I had no idea it was a chain. It doesn't feel like a chain at all. Staff and service is phenomenal. Everything was great. This dessert is one of the best I've ever had--it's warm brownie baked in Philo dough.

This was my first time eating here and it was a very pleasant experience. I absolutely enjoyed every aspect of the dinner, and can't wait to try it again.

Food was delicious! Service was outstanding! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place for allergy friendly options and kid friendly. We went for lunch and my 10 year old was obsessed with the kind server "Fee" and and the incredible food, she was willing to try lots of new foods and rates this place 5 stars

Average food, very average service at the bar, wasn't busy at all. I did appreciate the menu marked gluten free and I wasn't sick the next day, so there's that. Will try other places next time in town.

I don’t normally leave reviews, especially not negative ones. However, I made reservations for what I thought was the Little Rock location a week in advance with a confirmation email and everything. When I showed up they did not honor my reservation because they “do not do online reservations.” This was unbeknownst to me considering that I logged onto the Yayas website, selected the Little Rock location and selected “Reservations” and was able to make an online reservation. Their website needs to be much more clear that Little Rock does not take reservations made through their website. It was just all very confusing. I’m sure the food would have been delicious and the service we did experience was very helpful. However, we were pretty disappointed that we didn’t get to eat there.
