We ordered online and the confirmation text said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there to pick up the food about 30 minutes later, it wasn’t ready. The hostess said she would bring it out to my truck when it was ready. 15 minutes later, she came out and informed me that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my wife’s order. There was a number of item on the menu that the website wouldn’t let me order cause they were out, then it took them 45 minutes to tell me that what we ordered, they were also out of. When I told her about the website, they said they knew the website was wrong on some things and that it quoted wrong pick up times, yet they did nothing to fix any of it or inform the customers. The food here has always been good, but the service is terrible. Sadly this isn’t the first time we have had service issues.

One of my favorite places to eat. A very friendly place. The service was fast. It’s a whole vibe. I love this place.

The food is absolutely delicious!! ? I don't believe the bartender was an actual bartender because she didn't seem that familiar with the beverages, but she was very pleasant and accommodating. Our server, Michael, was also kind, professional and courteous. They were out of a lot of the menu items, however, the food that we ate was seasoned to perfection! I'll definitely go there again and hopefully all of the menu items will be available.

We planned to eat here on our anniversary. My wife did the research and was excited to have found a black owned business to give our suport to. She called to make reservations but they were not accepting them so we thought if we go early and eat dinner it would be an epic anniversary. During the phone call she asked when they would close today and they said five o'clock. We pulled up to the restaurant at 3:50 p.m. it didn't look too packed. An employee walks up to us and says we are no longer accepting seating for the dining room. Like what does that mean this far before closing and why wouldn't the person over the phone say "be sure to be here two hours before we close or we won't seat you"?When customers call it would be cool to let folks know that you are unwilling to accept seating 90 minutes prior to closing basically. Not from the standpoint of food, I can find higher quality food with in a more professional environment all over town with ease. What I feel it's difficult to do is to plan my whole day and be ready to support black owned business that is unwilling to be professional and stick to the restaurant normals regarding the the serving of customers and clients. Some aspect of this is ridiculous, but nothing is surprising about this situation. "We close in 90 minutes so we can't seat anyone else"..

This was my first day here and it was great! The atmosphere is terrific and we were very pleased and impressed with everything from the food to socializing with other customers, onto their excellent waitstaff. I think we must have tried everything on the menu literally and the only thing we didn't like was the fried green tomatoes. They were overcooked. They removed them from our bill, as a courtesy. Our service was purely excellent!! BRE IS GREAT!!! PAGE IS GREAT...She absolutely rocked on her first day!!! Last but not least Shonda the hostess, I feel like I've known her forever. She's so down to earth and helpful! We tipped her too! We definitely recommend eating here. The atmosphere is elegant, comfortable, just terrific. We definitely will be returning!!!

Parking: Plenty of spacious parking

Had reservations for a party of six but still had to wait quite awhile for a table. It was worth the wait! Once seated service was good. Meta was out server and was friendly and patient. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we had plenty left to take home. I believe if and when the establishment gets fully staffed service will be much better. I will return and recommend to others.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I live in the neighborhood so it is easily accessible to me. When I do eat here I always try to keep in mind that there is a staffing shortage everywhere. However, I love the food so much that I do not mind waiting. The daiquiri’s are the best I’ve ever had! The ambiance is amazing and I love how the name is so different and catchy! I will continue to support this business!

The banana beignets was overcooked and the pudding taste like box jello pudding and the banana weren’t fresh. I sent the yams back because it was a lump of something burnt in them. Okra had no seasoning. Greens were under cooked but had good flavor. Gumbo and chicken dressing was ok. I cancelled my shrimp and grits it took too long to come. Pineapple lemonade was great

Was underwhelming...had my food dropped along with the wait so I was expecting proper-cooked sliders. Buns where hard and the only thing I ate was the fries. Tried to order a chicken pasta to go to satisfy myself. Got home and it tasted horrible. I hate to criticize but I think it was just a bad day. Other than that the pineapple Lemonade was awesome and the establishment was nice...just left a really bad vibe for me though I'd give it another shot one day but I spent 60 bucks for a unpleasant experience

Good food. Good atmosphere. Quiet lunchtime.

All around amazing! My first experience was dining at the bar, due to the busyness. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo steak melt, with dressing ! EVERYTHING was sooo flavorful!! Fire ? then I went back a 2nd time and got the roasted chicken and dressing w/yams ?? completely full and satisfied ! I can’t wait to go back .

The salmon Alfredo was amazing, however the the rice was crunchy with the chicken and rice. The food was pricy for what was offered in my opinion. Great customer service and beautiful ambiance though

Food was very flavorful. Service was fairly fast. Atmosphere was very clean and the tables had some good separation. Only two things to negatively stand out. One was the menu needs more choice. The person I was with only saw a couple of choices for a salad. The other negative is the name. Hard to figure out what the letters stand for and once you know it's too much to remember.
