The Cove - Yogurt + Coffee

After paying AND tipping the sales associate told my 12 year old daughter she couldn’t eat the yogurt before paying. He was referring to on fingertip out of the yogurt she tasted to see if she liked it. He was rude and of course waited until we paid and tipped him. We will not be returning.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff a little pricey.

The coffee is great. They use Onyx coffee, which is very good. I had Dole Whip, since I am dairy-free, and it was very tasty. I didn't know I could get it outside of Disney! The staff is very friendly and the inside is clean and welcoming.

6, 10, and 14yr olds all loved it. The adults did too. My wife got some chocolate latte combination that looked good, she liked it. I liked the yogurt selection. No sugar, sugar options; sorbet too. Lots of toppings. It could have had more fresh fruit options but I understand the shelf life is low on those. You pay by the oz. The proprietor was very friendly, conversational, and the atmosphere was upbeat. The room was well lit, lots of windows and was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. We were just passing through the state and stopped randomly, but we would do it again if we are ever through Little Rock again.

My godson really wanted to come here, so we stopped in. First thing first, the service and hospitality was great. Secondly, all of the frozen treats are marked for anyone with an allergy. I don’t do dairy or gluten and they had a few dole whip options. It felt good to be able to be included where it’s easy for me to pick something out without having to ask questions and announce that I can’t have this or that, even though I have confidence that the staff wouldn’t have cared.

Best Yogurt place in Little Rock. They have 16 flavors which includes dairy, non-dairy and sugar free. The unique flavors take care of all ages. Coming back every Thursday now with my kids.

Bad customer service

I regret having to give this place such a low rating, but the customer service needs improvement. When a customer asks a question, it should be answered respectfully and politely. Additionally, the manager at the time also came out and started talking about paying customers. This is my favorite place, but the customer service must improve.

Kinda a regular. Their Dirty Chai is one of the most flavorful around of the different places I've tried. The Apple Fritter is awesome as well.

Huge selection of toppings and delishous yogurts. Service was friendly. Prices were a little expensive, in my opinion, but it is worth it to treat yourself.

The yogurt is great but do not, under any circumstances, request a spoon before paying for your yogurt. You will quickly come to understand it is forbidden.
