Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I was thinking about giving three stars simply because I ordered at the drive-through speaker and was explicitly asked if I would like coleslaw, extra fries, or extra bread. I chose the coleslaw because it’s probably my favorite fast food coleslaw and have enjoyed it for 10+ years. I thought about checking the bag, but wanted to just trust that the employees had everything in there. Unfortunately when I got home and open the box there was no coleslaw. Other than that everything else was great. All I can say is check your order before you leave.

This is worst Zaxby’s I have been the service was not good. The food was terrible and fries were too salty. They gave me the wrong drink. Overall service is really bad. I never had this bad service from Zaxby’s before. Never again will I go to this Zaxby’s. The food was cooked in old grease.

Online ordering system needs to be updated or handled differently. I can’t be any earlier than 5 minutes to pick up my order or else I was told it won’t show up in the system. I had to pull around, park and wait 5 minutes to get back in the drive thru line just to get my food. I might as well have not even done the online ordering. The only thing that made it better was the employees brought the food out to my car anyway as soon as they were able to pull up the order.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at this location. On Friday, I had issues with my order. It was incomplete, and when I called to complain, a gentleman assured me he'd personally remake it. However, when I arrived, the manager denied any knowledge of the conversation and refused to correct the issue, offering a refund instead. I didn't want a refund; I wanted my order right.

Two days later, on Monday, I returned, and things didn't improve. I ordered the four-finger combo with extra fries, but they gave me a plate with insufficient fries and burnt chicken. When I asked for fresh chicken, they remade it, but the issue persisted. The staff seemed unapologetic and unhelpful. The lack of accountability and responsibility is staggering. Given my previous fondness for this spot, it's clear they've lost sight of customer satisfaction. Until they address these issues, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

me personally i think yall need a new staff by looking at these reviews and it looks like nobody cares. not even the person reading them

every time i visit this location, it feels like no one wants to work. i’m saying that respectfully, but it’s the truth. the service has been consistently disappointing, and it’s gotten to the point where i’d rather not stop here at all.

the first time i came, i ordered two cobb salads. one came with no meat at all, and the other had barely any. i let that slide.

but tonight was the final straw. i pulled up to the speaker around 10:25pm — all the lights were off like the store was closed. but your sign says you’re open late, and your website clearly shows closing time is 12am. so i proceed anyway, and when i try to order, the employee tells me y’all are out of a lot of items — sweet tea, lemonade, and anything involving loaded fries. this is at 10:30pm, not 11:55.

when i mentioned how it looked like the store was closed, i heard someone in the background sarcastically ask, “how does it look like we’re closed?” well, because the lights are off and no one sounds like they even want to serve customers. it’s giving “just here for the paycheck” energy.

unfortunately, this was my last visit to this location. it’s sad to say, but the quality and the service have truly gone downhill. i hope upper management takes this seriously, because this location does not reflect what Zaxby’s is supposed to be about.

Now open late but only take online prepaid orders. If they do not have what was ordered online they say they’ll issue a refund and then don’t, and refuse to when mentioned. Find different location

This is the second time this week I placed an order and then they tell me they ran outta chicken strips? Thats wild. Then wont issue a refund for 3-6 days. aint never gonna catch me at a zaxbys again

How are you out of everything hours before closing only thing available is salad and boneless wings really? No Minute Maid in the fountain at all either ? I understand people want to go home but come on now…

Sandwich was great, fries not. Cold fries when I parked to eat my meal after going thru drivethru. SWEET TEA was not sweet and tasted old.

No stars don't eat here we ordered food waited 30 minutes finally went up to the counter food was sitting on the counter as I stood there 15 minutes trying to get the clerks attention when she finally decided to start actually working after putting her phone down and horse playing with the kitchen cooks I tell my food was sitting there she gets then says I'm sorry it's been there awhile but it still kind of warm bunch of lazy ass workers here got our money back and left very very poor service here in North Little Rock Arkansas

The team member Madyson T was very kind, happy, and helpful. I came in with my 2 son's after a taekwondo graduation & she congratulated my youngest on his achievements, dealt with rude customers & a truck/supply shortage all in our visit. She went out of her way to make it a great experience & we really need more good hearted people like her in this world & you can tell she isnt just like that at work. She deserves a raise! Also, the food was fast, hot & good 😀
