Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Worst staff I’ve come across in Little Rock. Handed me the wrong food twice and looked at me like I was crazy. The attitude is bad and the staff hate their job. Need new staff

Something is always missing from my order. Received everything the last time I went but mine and my wife's sodas were horrible.

Good staff- unorganized operation. 37 minute wait for my to-go order that I ordered inside store at the register with no other customers in the lobby and (2) in the drive through. This is a joke, won’t be back. They got busy after my order and seemed to focus only on drive through and never gave me or anyone else who came into the lobby any meals (7 people).

The salad was blech.

I’ve been a fan of Zaxby’s for a while. The food is always pretty good and well seasoned. My only qualm with this location is that the screen to display the menu has been broken for over a month behind the front counter. At first I was confused as to where the items I normally order had gone. Then I realized the screen was black. The workers have made no efforts to address this fault like providing a print out of the menu, and when you question if certain things are still there, they look at you like you’re stupid

The customer service was good. The people were friendly. However, the food was awful. After I drove off, I opened the box and the chicken was burned! I tried a bite causes so was starved and it had the worst flavor. Tasted like the grease had melted plastic and an ash tray dumped in it! I didn’t have time to turn around cause I had a meeting in 15 minutes. I the tried a French fry and it was almost worse. Overall- the food was terrible. Anyone could tell just by looking at it. Unfortunately the employees didn’t care and the quality of food. The only good thing was the Coke!

Not sure i can eat at a Zaxby’s for a very log time after that taste!

Tried the new Asian wrap, loved it. Need to check the drink machine, only had 3 options, the rest was empty. Too much selzer water. Other than that, it was good. I will return.

The rudest lady took my order at the drive thru. I asked instead of sauce if I cold just get the lemon rub and she very rudely told me no. Okay, well whatever. Every time I go the French fries are undercooked almost raw. So I asked if they could make them crispy and she said yes then laughed at me. Well, what do you know, the French fries are pretty much raw and undercooked. Worst and rudest zaxbys I’ve ever been to.

Customer service is terrible

They denied me the free veteran meal stating “the promotion is only for veterans and not for people currently serving.” Whoever the “supervisor” on shift is is clearly misinformed. I guess 10 years of service means nothing. What a waste of time, can’t even get a signature chicken sandwich.

Chicken fingers are good but like over $2 each. And they aren't that big. It's great for a quick bite but expensive. I only use the drive through so I don't know what it's like inside.
