It wasn't my favorite coffee. The shop is nice and clean and pleasing to the eye. That being said there was one employee doing the best she could on a Saturday afternoon trying to keep up and with the group of 7 adults that we came with no one was very crazy about our drinks. I ordered a carmel macchiato and it was less than average and fell flat and it was NOT very warm. I only drank mine because we went out of our way for coffee.

Came here on a Wednesday morning, and there was no one else there. I got a nonfat latte, and it was not great. Took her forever, and didn't taste good. It's a cute place with jars of water on each table, but the coffee was no good.

I travel a lot and am always looking for a third wave coffee shop wherever I land. Zetêo definitely fits that bill, serving up Onyx coffee in a beautiful modern cafe. I had an automatic pour over, but they also have batch filter, espresso drinks, and tea. I even saw a Chemex, Aeropress, V60, and immersion brewer behind the counter. Staff was friendly and the food was good too. Looking forward to going back whenever I’m in Little Rock.

First I will speak of the cleanliness of the establishment. If you look up at the HVAC duct work above where your coffee is being made it is filthy. It wouldn’t take much for a large clump of dust to fall into your coffee. While they are going for a clean modern look with the decorum they fall short in the details.

I came here for a late lunch and it's a great spot. I got the chicken salad croissant sandwich which was delicious and light. It came with these herb flavored chips and I got a Tipo Chico on the side. I know that this is a coffee shop but I decided to skip on the coffee and just try the food this time. Overall I wasn't disappointed and I'll be back to try the coffee sometime soon. The environment is quiet and clean, perfect for getting some work done or just relaxing.

Coffee was just meh...customer service terrible. Ordered a drink, asked for a little extra milk and they just chimed in it was made right and they can’t remake the drink and I should have ordered something else. Asking for a little cream or milk shouldn’t, and isn’t, a big deal in most parts of the world where people know how to make coffee that’s actually good. Additional info: Based on the owner’s response I upped it to a second star based on their promptness and response. We still weren’t fans of the coffee, just our opinion.

I’ve come in many of times the past month, and have only been greeted with fantastic service. The baristas are always incredibly kind and friendly, and do an excellent job at making what is requested, even suggesting new things they personally enjoy. They’ve gone the extra mile to serve their customers, this I have both personally experienced and paid witness to myself. Zeteo has shown itself to be one of my favorite coffee shops to go to, and I’ll likely be back sometime this week, if not tomorrow.

I ordered a large Vanilla Latte (nothing extra) and it was $8!! It wasn't very good at all. Just barely ok. A step above the coffee I can get at the hotel. Didn't taste like a vanilla latte and wasn't very hot. Sadly disappointed.
