I rarely post negative reviews but the food here was not good. Had the tacos and enchiladas and chicken quesadillas. All BAD.

Checked receipt and they charged more for my meal than the menu price (menus were newly printed). I let it slide the first time but this is clearly deliberate, and they once charged us $4 for refilling our salsa. When I complained about the additional charge the waitress refused to refund me and tried to tell me it was including tax--when tax is a separate line item on the receipt. We always tipped 20% or over and were easy customers to deal with with no demands. They view repeat customers as people to shake down and think they can get away with it. This incident was the last straw -- East Gate food is lacking enough as it is and Las Colinas is no longer under consideration. They ABSOLUTELY know what they are doing, and other reviews Indicate they do this to other people and refuse to refund. Again, they absolutely know what they are doing. BE WARNED!

Pay attention to your receipts. I have been charged more than what was priced on the menu. Multiple times.

Tried it after a disappointing experience in 2023. Looks to have been remodeled since then. The food is much better. The salsa is the best in the village area.

Mediocre food is putting it nicely. Off-putting environment. Service was good. But the overall experience left this the worst Mexican food experience I can ever recall. This place deserves to live in the defunct strip mall outside a retirement community in the middle of nowhere Arkansas. Very fitting.

The food is average overall with some things being pretty good, others not so much, but it's all overpriced. The menu doesn't accurately reflect the cost because they will nickel and dime you to death. They *might* could get away with that if it were a really good restaurant, but it's not. Again, it's average and certainly nothing you can't get from the numerous other Mexican restaurants in the area for less money. I won't go back.

Came here not expecting much, ended up getting quesabirrias and it was the best thing to ever touch my taste buds, if I could I would marry this restaurant, food came out fast, not loud inside, and super friendly staff I’d say one of the actual places where I felt I should leave a review (which is never) 11/10 I love this spot

Picked up order and they didn’t put tortillas in bag. Called to complain and they didn’t offer any type of refund. Also placed order online for delivery, the system charges your card and then tells you they aren’t available for delivery after the charge. Will not be back. Terrible experience.

Food is gawd AWFUL!! We ordered Chicken Milanesa ,the chicken was so tough a knife couldn’t cut it. To add insult to injury we were CHARGED for CORN tortillas for our street tacos!!! I asked the server, “the shell doesn’t come with the tacos?” (She shook her head no). What’s next, a rental fee to use a fork? We will NOT be back!!

Salsa is good, street tacos are excellent, great margaritas, chips come warmed. Real Mexican music. Service is always great
