We came to pick up an online order. Nobody acknowledged that I walked in. And my food, along with 3 other meals, were just sitting there waiting. I very easily could have walked out with all 4 meals because nobody was paying attention. The food was delicious though and curly fries tasted great

I don’t understand how you can forget to put the food I paid for in the bag. I specifically asked for the sweet sauce for the poppers when you asked what sauce. Literally just said I wanted that one sauce and you gave me the wrong sauce I’m so done with this place. Also forgot my large fry and gave me a medium drink when I paid for a large.

I love arby's. However today my experience was horrible. Customer service was the worst I've ever seen!! You're worker come to this Mic And ask me how you can help me today and I said give me a minute please when I was ready to order I said Hello I'm ready to order I Proceed with with my order Wait a minute and ask me do you heard me no answer wait a minute long and we're gonna have to drive through the window When I got to the window he opened it and looked at me like I was crazy.. another working asked him something like are you ok and without a doubt was very pissed off that I was there and he was going to have to take my order there. Dined in, service was good, food hot and fresh. The employees were complaining and making fun of drive through customers out loud. One of the reasons I don’t go through a drive through.

Potato cakes are back and made fresh here. Yes, you'll wait 3 min for them, but hot and fresh and delicious. Love the staff, they work well together and are always friendly. My Monday GO TO place.

Food is always good here, however I was having some issues with the app which slowed my order down slightly. After placing the order and pulling around. A older lady leaned out the window around the person working the window and in a irritated manner told me to pull forward that my order just came through. Her attitude and demenour were uncalled for. This is how a establishment loses customer.
