I keep giving this Lowell location one more chance and it’s just not getting better. First issue I ordered a tasty turkey, got all the way home only to find they left off the turkey entirely. I called this time and was told mistakes happen and they are short handed and I could just drive back. Like most working people I have a limited time and could not do that. I did get a refund about a week later after submitting a formal complaint. Next time I went in. Ordered a ham and Swiss without a toasted bagel, got turkey with a toasted bagel. Today I ordered on the app, ham and Swiss, not toasted with sea salt chips. It was toasted and got home to find no chips in the bag. The food is good when you actually get what you ordered but not sure that’s ever going to happen for me at this location.

Finally, Einstein Bros Bagels got my order exactly right! It took three tries, but they earned my top 5/5 rating this time. I appreciate that the owner took the time to train the staff properly and address the issues, making sure everything was correct before handing orders to customers. I’m glad they made things right and accommodated me for the trouble!

Speedy service and delicious also customer service is top tier I had accidentally dropped my drink while waiting for the bagels and the staff was so generous in making me another one with no expectations to do so. 10/10 highly recommend!

This is a small place for an Einstein Bros. Bagels but, like most, it lives up to the exceptional standards most of their restaurants have. Their bagels are always soft and properly plump, whether you are having a breakfast bagel, like I usually do, or a shmear, like I occasionally do. Also, their shmears are properly sweet and tasty; I don't even like cream cheese unless it's flavored by Einstein Bros. I have a heartwarming story about Einstein Bros. in Memphis from my 9 months with no immune system in 2015 after an odd side effect from the chemo, but it's too long to share here.

Shout out to the people working the drive thru! I have been there twice and the girl taking my order has always been super sweet and polite but omg the guy delivering my food MY GOD such good a looking guy, he made my day, give that guy a raise.

Excellent farmhouse bagel sandwich. So tasty! Best bagel sandwich in the last 6 months. Great service and attention to detail. Asked for 2 eggs and got both of them, not just one. They sell Green mountain coffee which is also a solid plus. Great coffee.

The people are amazing, but the food and coffee at this location are inconsistent. The coffees taste the same. Coffee dispenser dispenses little black flakes (not grounds). Bagels are barely dressed; see photo of an Asiago.

The Fayetteville location is best. Consistently excellent, there.

I've been coming to this Einstein's location in particular every week for the last few months and the service is always fast and so friendly. Such wonderful people work here and it's a joy to start my day with them

I was scheduled for an interview at this location for an administrative position and no one showed up or contacted me as to why they didn't. So unprofessional!!

Thanks for all you do to help the way station feed the homeless. Toni
