Had a breakfast bagel that cost 8 dollars. It was good but definitely not worth that kind of price. Plain bagels are probably the best way to go.

I’m so grossed out and felt ill the whole day. So I went to EBB Saturday morning and ordered a coffee drink and a couple sandwiches. After drinking my drink I shook my cup and heard something rattling in it. Imagine my surprise when I opened the lid and a fake pink finger nail was at the bottom of my cup. My wife and I immediately felt disgusted. I called the manager on duty and reported the situation to her and told her I would be back Sunday morning. On Sunday I arrived and since the manager was not there I asked for the next supervisor. I scoped the food prep area and everyone there was wearing gloves as they should be. When I looked at the beverage maker she was not wearing gloves at all. I could not see her fingernails to determine if she had been the one to prepare my drink the day before. So I told the supervisor of the situation and requested a full refund. She promptly refunded my money with no apology of what had transpired the day before. I also looked at her nails to see if she was in compliance of health department codes since she was prepping sandwiches earlier. Well no, she wasn’t, although she had thin food prep gloves on, her nails were long with sharp pointy ends. I left just shaking my head. Hopefully the owners will have some conversations with their associates. It will take time to build my trust back.

Food is great and the location is perfect. However, they can not be trusted for catering orders. Placed an order online at 1:14pm the day prior for pick up the next day at 7:00 am. They didn’t start working on the order until approx 7:15 am. I was late with the food for the meeting.

I love Einstein Bagels but it seems this location always runs out of bagels. That would be fine but when ordering online, the app doesn’t reflect this. So when we go to pick up our order, the order can’t be fulfilled. This time they transferred our order to the Roger’s location.
