El Italiano street food

Permanently closed
I got the following text after calling: “Italiano is closed for business permanently thank u”

They did reopen mid July, Thur,Fri,Sat 12-8 pm. This was in-fact posted on their socials.
I was so happy to catch them open as the owner mentioned this to me.. now this news made me so sad. This happened very recently as they were just open. This was my favorite spot and was worth the drive..

I really enjoy the food, but sadly I feel it necessary to leave a bad review. Their Google says when they are open, their social media says open days/hours, and yet every time I come, they are actually closed. Any time I call ahead to double check they are in fact actually open before I make the trip there, no one picks up. This is the 5th time I have made the drive here when they said open to find them closed.

Never consistent with their hours!! Always try calling to place and order or to check if they’re open and no answer then it says online they are open and drive all the way to Fayetteville for them to be closed!!

The best pasta I ever have so flavorful spicy you got it try that amazing food ♥️fresh delicious Alfredito Loco and the guy is so friendly we will be back for sure !!!

Genuinely could not have picked a better spot for dinner! The food was incredible, the location is perfect, and the staff was so incredibly kind and welcoming! 10/10 would recommend!

I love to support small businesses in the area but this wasn’t my favorite. The people who own this place are so nice and the food came out very hot but it was lacking in depth of flavor, possibly add some acid or more dairy to your items, something to keep the pallet interested in eating the food all I could taste was spice and it was very overpowering. The food definitely needs more balance overall. The breadsticks were really tasty and the meat was cooked well but overall I’d give this place a 3/5 could definitely use some improvement.

The Razorpasta was the best when it first opened. Ordered that today and was asked if I wanted it mild or hot, told the lady not hot, yet got my food and was cover of spicy sauce could even smell it couldn't even finish it because of the spiciness there was no shrimp in the pasta and only 3 pieces of chicken. Paid $17.88 for something I didn't even eat nor enjoy. Sorry, but won't be going back as well as lady working in the window was rude.

Man o man this is amazing. Got the Razor Pasta all shrimp. Told him hot and he did not disappoint. Caution to you all on the hot though. I love the burn and it did it. Should open a sit down restaurant.

The best Italian food in the area! Amazing Chef and friendly service.

First time trying this food truck and it was delicious!! I got the summer pasta and it was the perfect hot dish for this cold, rainy weather. And I'm usually not a fan of bread sticks but these were so flavorful.The service was great, he gave us extra food and drinks just because. You can tell he cares a lot for his food and customers. Will definitely be going back

I ordered their spicy razorback pasta. I love spicy foods, and this hit all the right spots. The owner and worker are polite, quick, and they make the food fresh. I will be a returning customer. I highly recommend this plate and vendor. It also came with 3 breadsticks, which are amazing as well. Everything was seasoned perfectly. They also have a deck with a few sturdy patio set directly in front of their business if you want to sit down to eat to enjoy nice weather.

Razorpasta + Lemon Shrimp. Let me just say the food was absolutely amazing!!! However, they were very ill-prepared, and we waited over 40 minutes, while some had been there longer than us. Others were served almost immediately, leaving us to continue waiting. Not sure what waa going on. They definitely need to work on their prep!!!! Don't let that dissuade you from going, just know it may take some time. You can always walk around Lake Fayetteville while you wait.
