Stopped by to grab some BBQ from Stewart’s smoke house food truck here, seems to be a fairly new vendor, and the ribs are amazing as is the smoked chicken. Portions are very filling and you can tell they care about their meat preparation and smoking....
Even though you have to drive by to see what food truck service they have. My only reason I head to this location is the 3 catrachos food truck! Pupusas the Revuelta ones to dye for sooo delicious yes Way Better than Salvadoran pupusas. The taquitos plate ufff cannot miss so good. The bistek plate grab and go yes yes. The agua frescas so light and delicious. I know they have a schedule but other wise support the area and food trucks but most importantly don’t miss that food...
I saw the trucks as I was passing by and I'm so glad I stopped!! There is something for everyone here. Italian, Chinese/Thai, Mexican, and burgers and fries. I went to the burger truck and the food was top notch! Definitely a 2 napkin situation. Next time I'm up here for work, I'll have to try the other trucks.
