Next time, please put all the mayonnaise from the jar on my burger. Seriously! I understand it's fast food, but that doesn't mean you should ruin the whole burger by putting too much mayonnaise on it!

Tried to order online, my delivery driver has been there for 28 minutes just for them to tell him they handed the food to the wrong customer and someone else has my food. I'll now be waiting another 20 minutes while they remake the order just pathetic

They made my burger wrong and when I went back in to get the lettuce and tomatoes that they left off they wanted to charge me and we're rude and very slow. Also, the ketchup station was out of cups.

I guess the problem was no adults and no management. working . Seems to be a problem with all the Springdale McDonald's. There was no service could not place an order. Got tired of waiting at the counter.

Just left there. Got home. Ordered 2 double quarter pounders. No cheese, no ketchup. Add bacon. Was charged for bacon. NO BACON!! Had no mustard! Very little onion or pickles! Check your bag before you leave !!!!!

This location is too congested for the amount of foot traffic it goes through. I was able to get my food faster than most McDonald's near due to it not being rush hour.
