I have been to so many McDonald's in so many states and this one is by far the worst there is. They cannot follow simple directions. Cannot get an order complete. I have started driving 3 miles out of the way to go to a different location because I refuse to go back to this one. They refuse to fix orders that are messed up.

Ordered steak breakfast bagels on the app at 09:55am. Got to the window at 10:12AM. Told to pull into a stall while the order was being prepared. Waited for 20 minutes when this kid came out with a bag. He came to my window and didn’t say a word. I asked him if this was my order (by reference my order number) he looked down into the bag and didn’t say anything. I then asked it was my steak breakfast bagels. I think he said no and then proceeded to walk to another vehicle in the car line that had just pulled up to wait for their order and he handed them the bag. When I went in to check on my order the manager said that I should have just gotten my order and waived the kid (that had came out earlier) and asked if he brought stall 1’s bag out to them (it ended up being my order he gave away). He said he gave it to someone else. The manager then tells me they are all out of steak (yeah right) and said she’d refund me. This place is being ran very poorly and the Mathew’s need to provide better training to their employees. I just don’t say this because if this one occasion. There have been many others.

As always wcdonalds was great! It's nice to pop in for a quick meal after a busy day. Only con I can see is their prices are getting kinda high for a fast food place and the"home of the .39 cent hamburger" think I read that somewhere.

Ordered my breakfast on the app this morning, and I gotta say this location usually has it going on! They make the best biscuits Ive ever had from a McDonald’s and the customer service is always exceptional, however I ordered a chicken biscuit and a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle this morning to make my big mcbreakfast, and ended up with 2 biscuits instead, one package is for a McGriddle (shown in picture) one is for a biscuit but they are both biscuits. I know it seems petty to leave a review on something so small but if it isn’t known it can’t be prevented from happening again! Mistakes happen and it’s just something to learn from, I will be back for more breakfast just wanted to make a note on this mishap in hopes that it won’t happen again whether it’s me or another customer down the road.

The food is nasty just like every other location. The staff are usually friendly yet almost completely incompetent. Just like every other location, half the time they get normal orders wrong and just about every time they get it wrong when there is anything different. For example if you order a Big Mac without lettuce, they always forget to leave the lettuce off. Last but not least, just like every other location, their prices are getting ridiculous! There's absolutely no reason accept for greed that a Big Mac VALUE meal should be over $6!
