Buckle up because you're not ready for this one ordered pizza at 11 am ( I was hungry) Pizza showed up at 11:50. I ordered a medium single topping pizza and 420 oz bottles of soda the driver showed up to my apartment smelling like alcohol before it was even noon he couldn't even read the receipt and the man is from English descent. Meaning he's white in English is his first and only language. that being said the dude smelled really goofy if you catch my drift. That smell would be the smell of alcohol that I'm referring. Him coming here drunk is the worst thing I've ever seen a business let happen. Not to mention the cherry on all of this was he tried to hand me my pizza box folded up like a magazine. I then called the Pizza Hut to tell him all of this like I stated earlier let them know that he was probably drunk or possibly hungover from the night before because he reeks of alcohol and she stated that's the only driver they had available. The audacity to say something like that is absurd. Genuinely don't think Pizza Hut employees care about the well-being of the community they serve. If it wasn't for our business in this community your business wouldn't be staying afloat. upper management owners really need to do better on assessing these situations rather than just collecting a monthly and yearly paycheck from these corporations that they franchise.

Camden at your Lowell store is really about the only good employee that has tried to help us to get our order correct. We have had many mishaps with our orders and she seemed like she actually cared that we got our order correct.

So pizza hit is doing away with the box pizzas. If you order online you just going to get medium pizzas. When I called they were just like sorry we don't do those anymore. There's a reason I ordered that kind of pizza it's more bread and and I taste better to me honestly. No apologies nothing just went don't do those anymore. If it's offered online it should still be done. No type of discount or anything. And in top of that my bread sticks were tough and the pizza wasn't hot.

Ridiculous service. Ordered a pizza from pizza hut’s app. Got a call from a DoorDash driver 40 mins ago, saying your pizza is stolen and has to be cancelled by calling Pizza Hut. I called this branch, and asked them to cancel and they told me they can’t do it, I need to cancel through door dash. They involved DoorDash to deliver the order not me, and DoorDash asked me to cancel by calling them, and they want me to call DoorDash to cancel. I lost my money and the pizza. The absolute worst customer experience. I asked the Pizza Hut brand manager “what is a customer supposed to do when this happens”. I ordered through them, asked they responsible for the order instead of DoorDash. The response was “I don’t know. Call door dash”

I did a DoorDash order of 16pc buffalo hot and they gave me regular chicken nuggets with no sauce. I ordered a buffalo chicken melt and they didn’t add the buffalo. I am very disappointed with this order. Don’t recommend getting food here.

Called at 11:46 the guy that answered picked up the phone and acted like it cut out. I called a couple times after and he kept hanging up. May want to check your cameras to see what's really going on.
It was horrible, very dry. Meat tasted old, crust wasn’t done. The worst pizza I have ever had.
