Long wait in the drive thru. Fries were cold and meat Pattie on burger was cold. They gave me ketchup without asking +. I go here a lot and was the worst yet maybe new management ?
Normally they do me well. Normally I'm the jerk that orders burgers at 7am. They always treat me well though.Today I ordered the new pulled pork with onions added. No onions and not really any pork. I guess pickle sandwich?

Ordered a cheeseburger a few days ago. It was the only thing I had to eat that day, and it made me so violently ill that I had to go to emergency room.I hope you are cooking your food properly, and everyone is washing their hands, and not cross-contaminating. Neglect to one or more of those is why I got sick.Avoid this place. I've never been in so much pain in my life.

Went through the drive through; which was around 6:45 p.m., to get a bite for supper. I very clearly ordered a #2 Supersonic cheeseburger "with NO KETCHUP".While I was ordering, loud laughing was hear on the speaker. When I pulled up to the pickup window, the young girl stood at the window laughing and talking to other young employees for a minute before opening it to take my payment. While waiting another 4-5 minutes for my burger; which was brought by another young black haired kid, I could hear laughing and see them playing around.Once I got home and went to eat, I instantly saw ketchup!!! I FORGOT TO STATE THAT I AM ALLERGIC TO KETCHUP AND TOMATO PRODUCTS!!!!JUST FIRE THIS MANAGER AND ALL OF THE IMMATURE IDIOTS NOT ABLE TO PROPERLY HANDLE FOOD, SERVE THE PUBLIC SAFELY, AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN!From all of the mostly bad reviews, perhaps the franchise owner at this location should have his brand yanked and open a toddler circus at this location!!!!CONGRATULATIONS SONIC! You've just joined my list of toxic dumps to NEVER TRUST NOR SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT!!!

I got the breakfast burrito with sausage and the eggs were old and not good… that happened 3 times in a row. So I switched it up and got the breakfast toaster and it was good the first time, but the last 2 times it was egg that had been sitting for too long and just was not good what so ever, it was like a chore trying to eat it. I guess I’m just gonna give up on this sonic for now.
