I am in Arkansas attending training next to this location. I have visited the past three days in a row and the service has been the same. No greeting and delayed service. Each day, the barista makes the drink (incorrect order of ingredients-this matters) and then sets it on the bar where I have to wait an additional 2-3 minutes before it is handed out the window.

The young lady “Daisy” needs to improve her customer service skills. Pulled up to the window and she handed me the drink without saying a word. I had already paid through the app but a simple have a good day or thank you is the bare minimum. I also noticed her finger nails were dirty, not sanitary.

They had my pumpkin spice latte! Every Starbucks I've been to this fall didn't have it this year for some reason, but this place did so I give them 10000 gold stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Service is usually very good here. Today I got the lavender oat milk refresher and she forgot the lavender, but that’s OK. I still like going here. She was quick to fix it.

Oh goodness, this location... this one, along with the other Starbucks location in Pleasant Grove, Rogers, have employees who simply can not be bothered to assist customers. And when they do help, they have been astonishingly rude. For this location specifically, I walked up the window and was ignored for a few minutes by the morning employee, I believe she was a female manager. She was annoyed when I simply asked if the cake pop was in the bag with the drinks, like Heaven forbid I ask and assure I have everything before leaving.
