Service is usually very good here. Today I got the lavender oat milk refresher and she forgot the lavender, but that’s OK. I still like going here. She was quick to fix it.

Oh goodness, this location... this one, along with the other Starbucks location in Pleasant Grove, Rogers, have employees who simply can not be bothered to assist customers. And when they do help, they have been astonishingly rude. For this location specifically, I walked up the window and was ignored for a few minutes by the morning employee, I believe she was a female manager. She was annoyed when I simply asked if the cake pop was in the bag with the drinks, like Heaven forbid I ask and assure I have everything before leaving.

I love starbucks especially because you can feel the energy of the people at taking the order through the speaker, I NEVER HAD THIS BAD ENERGY OF THE WORKER TAKING MY ORDER RUSHING ME TO ORDER " is that it? Anything else? " I feel like if she is having a bad day don't bring that up at work. That onestly is going to make me not coming back at this location! PLUS TAKING MY ORDER WRONG , FOR SHURE SHE DOESN'T LIKE HER JOB.
I really like this new Lowell location Starbucks! I live pretty close and my boyfriend and I stop by here all the time! It's drive thru only, but I don't mind. We do mobile orders and they are always super fast. Some days the coffee is better than others, it's kind of hit or miss. But we still go regularly lol. We go to two different ones pretty often and this location is definely faster than the pleasant grove. And employees are much nicer ?

I love this location so much. They are always fast and efficient. THe employees are kind without making it awkward. I have had dine in and drive through and take out. And each time it's a good time. The coffee always hits. If you don't have their app and rewards points program you should. Thank you starbucks!
