I ordered a footlong tuna for pickup at 8:15pm There is no tuna on this sandwich at all. Only vegetables. I had even left a tip. This was a waste of time and money. I will be going to the subway on Pleasant Grove from now on.
Great service during a rush!
If I could give 0 stars I would. There were 4 people working, one was sitting in the back watching what I would assume was TikTok. The workers continued to work on the online orders before asking what we would like. We waited atleast 10 minutes to even be seen. While doing that they worked on the persons order behind us and had his food ready to go before ours was wrapped. I would also like to add that their work station was not cleaned properly and looked very unsanitary. The overall demeanor was very over it and acted like they didn’t want to be there. I will not be giving them my service anymore. If I would’ve known it would have take 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches I would’ve eat at a sit down restaurant.
They need a vegan meat sub
Had the worse sandwich ever this Sunday. First of all wanted a wrap but no tortilla shells just the pita bread. Then ordered sandwiches and apparently they are afraid to put anything on the sandwiches. Barely any tuna on the sandwich then the BLT l's were horrible as barely and I mean barely any bacon on the sandwich. So decided this is the last time to eat at Subway. Jersey Mike's 100 % better.
Absolutely worse customer service 1 time Old lady at the counter lied to me told me they didnt have green bell peppers but my co worker in front of me had them and I could see the bell peppers she didn't want to take the two steps to grab them just lazy them today oct 16 came back for second chance and nope still lazy long line of people and they are only working on online orders waited my whole lunch break on them to stop making my sandwich in the middle of it to go do more online orders the general manager of the store really needs to get in and step in because it is the absolute worst customer service.
Took over 10 minutes for a 6 inch. Once it was toasted it sat out 10 minutes before being wrapped. Bread ended up chewy, and dry. First time there and the last time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order on the app, said it would be ready by 8pm, arrived at 8pm and was informed it would be a little longer (there were 2 people in line and two people working) sat inside waiting for 10 minutes, and was told they were sorry, it would be just a little bit longer, so went out to my car for another 10 minutes came back in, and the kid working just said “what kind of car are you guys in I’ll just bring it out when it’s done” I then asked, do you know about how much longer it will be, and he said “I have no clue honestly” so went back out to my car to wait for another 10 minutes.. after my order was suppose to be done.. still nothing, so went back in and was told just a little longer again. Finally after an hour at subway waiting on an order I placed on the app, I got my food.
They never male the sandwich look like the picture. I always get more bread than meat
Friendliness and helpfulness was very high! Service excellent. I recommend this Subway as the workers made me feel right at home. Thank you.

Placed a online order at 7:49pm and on app it said order would be ready at 8:04 pm. App showed order received,building,ready at 8:04pm. Went into pickup my order and they hadn't even started my order. I walked out of subway at 8:27 pm. They need to do something with there app if it says it's ready then it should be ready. Very disappointed.

Service was absolutely terrible. The so claimed "manger" Devantè was inappropriate with rude and disrespectful comments to my fiancé. Also Devante was down grading the food quality. He had no knowledge of what the sandwich actually contained and how to prepare it.

This Subway in Lowell was really nice, my mom and I went to redeem a coupon for three subs for $19.99 and our server Jon was real courteous. He messed up on my mom's order and offered to fix a new sandwich right away.

I entered this subway and was greeted with a smile! (: Chaz and Jon were very friendly and welcoming. My sandwich was made and toasted to perfection. Let’s not forget about the multitasking skills these two have. 100% will come back again. Store is very clean. Especially the bathrooms. Food was so good I came crawling back for one of the Aunty Anne’s pretzels. ( Chaz informed me about the honey mustard and I just had to try it!!! ?)
