Stopped into this Subway recently and had a really solid experience from start to finish. First off, the place itself is clean and modern, which honestly makes a big difference when you’re grabbing food on the go. Everything looked well maintained, the dining area was tidy, and it didn’t have that worn-down feel some locations can get over time.

Service was impressively quick, even though they were moving steadily. Jeremy was the one who helped me, and he was genuinely friendly and upbeat while making my sandwich. He didn’t rush me, answered questions without sounding annoyed, and actually seemed to care about getting the order right. That kind of customer service goes a long way and really stands out these days.

I ordered a grilled chicken sub, and it hit the spot. The chicken was hot and well-cooked, the toppings were fresh, and it was put together neatly instead of sloppily thrown together. Paired it with a Pepsi Zero, which was exactly what I needed.

The location is also super convenient, whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or just a quick bite while running errands. Overall, this Subway delivers exactly what you want: fast service, friendly staff, a clean environment, and a consistently good sandwich. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this location without hesitation.

I went to the Lowell location and I had a great experience. I believe the one who helped me was Chaz but I could be wrong. I actually saw two people making sandwiches which around supper time I rarely see and I feel SO bad when they have a line of people and online orders. Staffing could be fixed. Or maybe have management also help out with stuff in the back. I usually never see a manager there. What really bothered a few of us is the weird siren online order. It seemed to never end! It was like nails on a chalkboard. Some other customers even brought that up while in line. Can we vote to make it a normal sound ?
