I was picking up an order, the employee seemed unconcerned over if it was complete and walked away as if it wasn't their problem.They were empty and it didn't seem they had pressing priorities.I was very dissatisfied with the service the moment the employee disengaged and walked away without helping in assuring the customer minimalisticly recieved all that they paid for.

Ordered two sandwiches online. Picked them up on time. No one in the restaurant. Got home and both sandwiches were made wrong and weren’t toasted. Didn’t have time to go back and get them remade. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this.

My buddy and I came into the store with a rather large request consisting of an entire catering platter within 20 minutes in order to get it to a wedding. They took the challenge head on and successfully completed the task all while helping other customers and dealing with a woman that more than likely hates her life.

Ordered on the APP and it charged my card but my order was not received. I spoke to someone who was more than happy to still make my sandwiches for me regarding the APP malfunctioning. (I showed him the charge that was on my card.) Good service overall despite them being busy at the time!!

The man making my sandwich was (whos name tag said general manager) very rude and short when speaking to me. He also didn't change gloves once, touching every surface and his own phone with the gloves before making my sandwich. Clearlt they dont care about customer service or cleanliness. Disgusting.

We came at the lunch rush. There weren't a lot of people, but there were a few app orders. The dining room and bathrooms weren't filthy, but they weren't exactly clean. The employees struggled to keep up with the orders, but they shouldn't have been that overwhelmed. We ordered footlongs, but got about as many veggies as the 6-inches going out the door. It wasn't a horrible experience, but it also wasn't my best Subway experience.

What helpful crew? There is no crew! Spent my whole lunch standing in line. Took 20 mins to place my order. That's not even then making my sandwich.
