This Taco Bell has always been a good place for a quick bite. Everyone at the restaurant has been helpful and never rude in any way. It is a Taco Bell. I won't call this food extraordinary but it is ok. Love their Steak Garlic Nacho Fries.

Might as well go to a sit down restaurant, thought it was “fast food”? Is it fast food if you wait 20+ minutes to get your order? This Taco Bell is terrible, it always something here! Either the food is undercooked, sloppy, missing items or just takes too long to get your order. I’m done with Taco Bell entirely. Hope you shut down, Taco Bell sucks anymore. I work in the area and I’ll make others aware

This place is TERRIBLE. The food is always burnt or looks disastrous. The employees do not care AT ALL. I recently was there sitting for over 10 after placing an order at the kiosk and it wasn't ready. When I asked to check, it wasn't even being prepared yet...!!! I am never coming back here again. This was my last straw. I highly suggest you go elsewhere if you're wanting something to eat in Lowell.

I would say a way from this toco bell there service is not good there soda are flat and they say they will fix it but they don't . And they only give you small portions of your food

There's no way a taco party pack should cost 20 dollars if the employees are going to put old tacos in there.no telling how long they been sitting the bottom of the taco was stuck to the wrapper of all 12 tacos. And they weren't even busy....guess they have to be busy to get food that's been made in the last 10 to 15 min....🤦🤦🤦

Pulled into drivethru line for a double doordash pickup. No one answered the speaker in line for about 15 minutes while I waited so I pulled up to window and asked for the orders. One order was passed out right away and the worker walked off and never came back. Watched 3 taco bell workers leave out back into a car and drive off. Knocked on window and looked in seen absolutely no one and no one answered for 5 more minutes before leaving. In total was in the drivethru line for an hour with no communication from employees! 5 other people there also not getting serviced when it happened and more pulling up when we left I don’t know what is going on!!!

The WORST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. got my order wrong 2 times… I corrected the first mistake and then somehow messed up again (I believe intentional) for a 1 person meal. Wild. Kids working there were talking down to multiple customer and very rude.
