I would prefer a person not a tablet I work hard for my job and don’t have time to figure out how to order food my lunch is 30 minutes I also am shocked at how much Taco Bell has become so expensive

I waited a long time for my order and none of it was fresh. When I asked for fresh fries, the bigger girl in the back said “they were fresh,” but they were not even hot. My sister placed an order when we did, and we waited for 40 minutes for her singular taco and small drink. This location specifically has horrible service any time we come; the man and teenage girl working tonight were dismissive and seemed very clueless, like it was everyone’s first day. Not to mention, there were also a few other customers waiting ridiculously long times, yet it was not busy in drive-thru or lobby/online.

waited 40+ minutes for a single taco and a small drink, normally not bad service but I do come in at day time and the crew for the day shift is awesome everytime but this time I came in for night shift and the crew tonight had multiple people including myself for a long time for simple orders, definitely not coming at night time again

I was absolutely baffled at the service that I received here the other night. I placed my order online in advance, got to the store and it still took them 15 minutes to give me my order. Multiple people saw me standing there and made eye contact and didn’t once ask me if I’d been helped. They were all joking and laughing around with each other while slowly, and I do mean slowly taking their time making any food. I have no desire to come back to this store anytime soon.

Got 2 strawberry freezes and they couldn’t even fill them up. Ripping off customers isn’t cool or good for business.

The manager was amazing. I ordered my food by mistake at the wrong location and she prepared the food for me instead of me having to drive across town save me a trip. She made the food there. Also the staff is very polite. They were all very busy cleaning and making food. I recommend this Taco Bell to anybody driving by.

Just went to this Taco Bell for the first time with my husband and it’s literally the best Taco Bell that we’ve EVER been to! The food was super fresh/hot and the fountain drinks were perfect too. 10/10 experience!
