I like taco bell normally but today the manager was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her bc i asked for my drink 3 times, employees cussing and bad mouthing customers in the drive thru, and charged my order for items I did not receive. Will not be back to this location.

We have tried this restaurant several times due to it being so convenient to our home. The food(if they have it)is usually subpar to completely trash. Tonight was our final try…. The food for the most part was thrown out. I’m certain the fries were leftover from lunch. Tums were handed out according. The last two times they were short pennies so they were unable to give us correct change. One time seems like a fluke, but twice? The staff never seems friendly or welcoming. We only drive thru so that’s not a huge deal but just irritating. I worked at Taco Bell as a kid, not a hard job. We’re done and will not recommend it!

The reason im writing this review is because ive received the worst coffee since I remember. I ordered an iced cinnabon delight coffee through the app. I received a hot cup of coffee in a plastic cup. I was going to add some creamer and ice to spruce up the coffee. I took one sip and can only describe the coffee as tasting like how urine smells. Between the coffee being watered down, and the flavor it left a bad taste in my mouth. I double checked the app to make sure I ordered an Ice coffee. I frequent this location pretty regularly and I can say I will not be back after today.

Waited in drive thru line for nearly 30 minutes before even got to the place where I was to give my order. Then, over the speaker I hear "it will be at least a 15 minute wait to fulfill your order". This place is a joke. Even for a fast food joint, this place is a joke.
Drive thru sucks. Told I was in the wrong drive thru and told to drive to the correct spot!just wanted a breakfast sandwich!Sonic got my business insteadDon't try to contact them on their app it apparently only works if you send a compliment.

Disgusting service. Dining room was nasty. Outrageous cost for 8 simple tacos and drinks. Waited over 10 minutes for our food… although there was only one other customer in the dining area. Perhaps if there had been someone over 18 in charge their operations would run smoother. The only reason I’m here is because my grandson loves Taco Bell. Taco Bell you are in sad shape. Just a note… I do not like to come into a fast food service and have to order on a computer screen. I advise people to stay home and make their tacos at home! Much more cost effective!

This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever been to. The short Hispanic Lady helping at the drive thru was so rude and rolling her eyes. She needs to be put in the back cooking or cleaning table’s because she does not know how to treat customers or she needs to take a class on how to treat customers. I really give this place a 1 rating because of the employees there.

I ordered a box to go, they forgot to give me my chalupa and large drink, went back 3 min later and told them I did not get my drink, they then started filling my drink with something I didn't order. I told them the drink I had and finally got the right thing. I won't be going back here anytime soon.
