Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Asked for a chicken pesto flatbread and received a McDonalds quality of service, but instead of the mayo being all over the inside of the wrapper it was full of oil… this ruined my lunch and made an annoying mess due to the absurd amount of oil leaking out everywhere. I’m very disappointed in my experience.

I have been going to the tropical smoothie location At Pinnacle in Rogers and the Centerton location because of their great service - I try to avoid the Lowell location, but Saturday afternoon at 2:44 pm the parking lot at the Lowell location was completely empty so I figured let me give them a try - I set for 1 minute at the drive thru no acknowledgment complete silence and I drove off - this kind of terrible service is why there parking lot and business was empty

Foods good never correct tho don't order items and have them take anything off they will put it in your food anyways!!!

This location is terrible. Order a single smoothie on the app, and it still isn't ready when you get there 30 minutes later. I get the peanut paradise smoothie everywhere and it is always good. Not here - filled with chunks of ice that aren't blended. After trying this location 4 times since it is next to my office, I am cured now. The Pinnacle Hills location is excellent though.

I stopped here for a quick breakfast before work and ordered a peanut butter flatbread and a banana smoothie. Yum! Service was quick, professional, and helpful with suggestions for the smoothie. It's a new go-to stop for me!
