This is literally the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. And I've been to some slow ones. I have have waited less time at a restaurant that you actually sat down and perused a menu between the time I was set and the time I got my food than this Wendy's. After 8:00 p.m. the lobby was locked. Not even during a rush. The fries are always cold. They often get the orders wrong. The worst Wendy's ever.

Update. Recently I ordered dinner for me and my family. Getting off work, went to the drive-thru and got home to find out that my Dave's triple was raw. All three patties. When I called the store to explain to them they essentially called me a liar saying their grill was on a timer so they don't understand how that could happen. So when I took the burger back up there and showed it to them they were immediately apologetic and offered to replace it but that was it. I had to waste time, gas, and effort just to get what I originally paid for. Ridiculous

They would not answer me at the window and after wait 10 or more minutes, told me to go around at the back of the line. They became hostile after I pleaded so I left without my food. I wait a total of 25 minutes there, wasted. Don't eat here

This has to be the shittiest Wendy’s in the USA. It’s not hard to read instructions. The baked potato taste like soap. oh and the manager isn’t friendly at all. Fire her and fire the whole staff and start over

Stay away from this Wendy’s (Lowell exit). Place is totally chaotic!! Today, on September 29, 2024, the manager on site is literally talking down to the employees like they are nothing. It’s bad… also, stating that she can care less if customers leave the line or leave the dining because they only have four people working. Won’t be back at this Wendy’s.

Waited in drive thru for 15 mins… only one car moved up. Dining area closed, if it is that hard they really should close the restaurant and reopen when they have proper staffing.

35 minutes to get thru drive through on a Saturday at 9:30 am.

I was here on a weekday and it took 45 minutes at lunch.
