Closed before 11pm and showing open online. Had to wait 40 minutes to have my order cancelled due to the restaurant not being open as advertised?
Sucks can’t serve food fast enough sucks
If on low/no carb diet they refuse to sell ala’ cart items like burger patties only. I did the math and to get the exact thing they used to sell me, now it’s $5 extra. For a bunch of stuff I don’t want and will be thrown out. I’ll just go to your competitors who are on board with no/low carb diets.

Rude employees, and they make every car wait at the speaker for several minutes before taking an order even with NO line. What the heck are they doing in there? Wendy's corporate needs to get involved already. Either replace or re-train the managers and staff, just look at all these terrible reviews!

Didn’t give the dasher my drink and I didn’t get my fries Nor did I get any of the sauces I asked and paid extra for. I order a double bacon stack add mayo and they didn’t even put the bacon or mayo on it. How are you going to forget more than 1 of the main parts of a meal. Highkey do not recommend.

I rarely take time to write reviews unless it’s a good one — but this Wendy’s location has made that impossible.
After several frustrating visits, I felt it was worth the effort to share my experience, especially since it seems this location has had consistently poor reviews since opening — and clearly, nothing has changed.
I work in a corporate office very close by, and when I saw they were advertising dollar breakfast items, I thought it would be a nice treat for my team. I have a team of 8–10 people, and on this particular morning, I tried to order six biscuit meals. I was immediately told the maximum was five — and the person was incredibly rude about it. I even tried to lighten the moment by joking, “Just throw in an extra then,” but that fell flat. I said thank you and moved on to Einstein Bagels next door for my team.
Still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I returned a few days later — this time just for the five biscuits. I arrived before 8 a.m., which should have been two hours after opening. The woman on the drive-thru sounded overwhelmed, frustrated, and honestly like things were chaotic inside. She had me wait several minutes, only to come back and say she couldn’t understand my order — and then informed me they were out of biscuits because “the oven was broken.”
Now, I have no way of verifying that, but it’s hard to believe a breakfast location with only a couple of hours under its belt is already out of the main item they’re advertising. And it’s not the first time I’ve heard complaints — everyone I talk to who’s tried this location has had a similar experience.
If management wants this location to last, I highly recommend someone from corporate visit this store frequently and take the reviews seriously. Right now, the service is consistently disappointing, the staff clearly lacks support, and customer experience is an afterthought.

Don’t come here unless you plan on waiting 20 minutes in the drive through.

Possibly the worst Wendy’s you can visit. While the staff is nice, the restaurant is clean, it is the slowest “fast food” restaurant I have ever been to. If it was one time or a staffing issue, I could understand. But everytime I go there is 5 associates working and the wait time is about 20+ minutes. The franchise owner and Wendy’s should be ashamed at this location. We ordered a pizza from dominos next door while waiting in the drive thru line, and the pizza was ready and picked up while we waited for our Wendy’s order.

Not sure how this place keeps having people come back. I am not sure you can get through the drive through in less than 20 min. I’ve waited in the store for 30 min. It’s crazy.

I did my online order before I went through DT at Wendy's here in Lowell Arkansas. It said it will be ready in about 5 to 10 minutes. It was 10 minutes before I got there. As I drove up at the DT. There was only one customer infront of me. I don't know how long he was sitting there, but i pull up sit there for another 10 minutes, and they still didn't take his order. I got upset for sitting there more than 10 minutes before I went around of the guy who was sitting there 🙃. I pull up at the window told the lady I have an online order. Her manager Katelyn was so rude told me make sure be at the line at DT. I told her I have been sitting there for more than 10 minutes and only one person infront me they did not take his order. Katelyn didn't even apologize to me for sitting there that long, and she try to tell me go back to the DT for online 😒 order. Let me tell y'all, Wendy's in Lowell Arkansas is awful 😖, and slow 🐌 as heck 😒. Katelyn should not be running that place because she's rude and not very friendly 😒. If I could give a 0 star I would.
