No other coke drink options other than regular coke (they usually offer flavored sodas), the counter where you get lids and straws, etc. was disgusting and smelled gross, the first baked potato my dad was served was hard as a rock and then it took 20+ minutes to get another one, the manager on duty was having personal drama and yelling about another employee not showing up right behind the registers, they had no toilet paper in the restroom, and the girl who was cleaning the restrooms when we got there didn't wash her hands when she was ready to take our order.

In the morning they have the inside closed why is that? Ppl would like to sit down eat and use the restroom. Not have to urinate in your parking lot like a dog

If you have time to relax inside it’s a good place for fast food. If you’re in a hurry you might wonder if they know what is meant by fast food. Especially if you’re on the drive through.

Avoid this location if possible. Drive thru service was slow to a stand still. They’re so under staffed that they had to lock the dining room. By the time I got my order, the burger was dry and the fries were missing. The local management needs to be held accountable for their poor service.The Wendy’s in Siloam Springs knows how to serve their customers.

Saturday afternoon at 121pm....and the drive thru is slooowwwwwwww. Unbelievable, was excited to have them in the neighborhood but drove off. It's apparent there are staffing issues. I hope they get them addressed.

I really wanted to like this since it’s so close to home but each time is a cluster.So today, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. No biggie right? Well, after I mentioned it they just gave me packets. Okay, sure that works but 20min later, no one had even addressed it? Coke Zero was out but I got something else, I already asked for ketchup and didn’t want to overwhelm them. This was at 1230pm on a Wednesday with three other tables occupied in the lobby.The drive through is atrocious each time. At first I thought it was because it was new and staff were inexperienced. Nope. It’s just really slow like the people working here are all confused and lost zombies. The longest I waited in drive through was 25min last time which is why I went inside today.My favorite today was having a lid on my empty cup (a size bigger than my order) and no lid on the kids meal drink which they used a frosty cup for instead of soft drink cup lol wut?Bathrooms were not in good shape… HOW? It’s only been open a year?!The food is on point with other Wendy’s but all of the other systems here are broken… maintenance, customer service, training, management, motivation to move at least a little faster than a stoner sloth… all of that is non existent. I’ve been five times, each one sucked and was weirder than the one before.Weird stuff man. Probably not the best choice unless you’re in for an adventure with some time to waste.

Comically slow, food cold, rude workers, always forget something in my order. They've fleeced me 5 times because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and they're so close to my house. Not anymore. Every experience in that drive thru is a freaking twilight zone episode. Like an uncanny Wendy's experience. It has all the hallmarks.of a Wendy's but there's something just not quite right.

This is the best Wendy's in the world! :) we love going for a bike ride and ending up here for treats and protein! The service is kind, the building is clean, and the food if phenomenal! Best fast food ever.

Waited in line inside for 20 minutes with no movement. Only one person in front of me. Turns out she was an employee. Ordered about 15 items. No sense of urgency from any of the staff.

I went out of my way to be nice to the drive through workers (b/c they deal with enough rudeness), but was snickered at for whatever reason. WTH? If you go, prepare for slow service and judgement by their workers…what a winning combo.

I’ve been here 2 times now. Both inside and in the drive thru and I got quick prompt service and my orders were correct. I know some of these reviewers haven’t had my experience but maybe they’re getting it together.
