Wow, what went wrong ? Day-old biscuits and lumpy gravy. Over fried chicken.

I paid for my order at 8:49 pm in the drive through. I sat at the window for so long a young man finally came over to ask what I had order. I gave him my order number 3381 and receipt. He came back to tell me it would be an additional 5 minutes. I asked if he could just substitute my fish for chicken strips. He returned to say that “she” said he couldn’t do that. Finally at 9:16 I was given part of my order and a refund for the additional food. I had a 2 hour drive ahead and no food. It is really sad that “she” would not make a substitution. I was very disappointed!

I saw Chicken Express when I came into town. As soon as I could I pulled in for some Chicken. I met the general manager, a delightful woman. Love me some Chicken Express!

Went at 9:40pm nobody answered speaker , if closing time is different please make customers aware . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL will never go here again or recommend to anyone in this area. Management should be very disappointed

The drive through employee didn't put my order in correctly despite me asking twice if she'd added specific items. When I asked for the correct food it took an additional 20 minutes to get it. The manager said she was sorry but did not offer to fix it in any way. The food was probably pretty good when it was fresh but wasn't great cold.

They gave me someone else's order. When I spend $40 on fish plates it would be nice to see more fries and another side. Chicken is always good. Friendly service usually a long wait in the drive thru. I rate them 4 stars for being fast and 3 stars for accuracy
Please be known this is one of my favorite restaurants, i recently moved her from dallas tx and decided to patron here. I pulled up in the drive thru order was taken at 6:50 pm person taking orders extremely rude 1st off. My order was a 3 pc fish combo with mac and cheese a roll and sweet tea . i pulled around to the second window. I waited for 28 minutes at the window for my order. Have i never waited this long at chicken express . This was really a bad experience especially in a town where there is not many choices to choose one and the one choice you do choose which happen to be your favorite disappointments.
