They gave me someone else's order. When I spend $40 on fish plates it would be nice to see more fries and another side. Chicken is always good. Friendly service usually a long wait in the drive thru. I rate them 4 stars for being fast and 3 stars for accuracy
Please be known this is one of my favorite restaurants, i recently moved her from dallas tx and decided to patron here. I pulled up in the drive thru order was taken at 6:50 pm person taking orders extremely rude 1st off. My order was a 3 pc fish combo with mac and cheese a roll and sweet tea . i pulled around to the second window. I waited for 28 minutes at the window for my order. Have i never waited this long at chicken express . This was really a bad experience especially in a town where there is not many choices to choose one and the one choice you do choose which happen to be your favorite disappointments.

Forgot all of the gravy for our meals did not offer to for us to come back and get any. Fries cold while waiting on chicken. For spending as much as you do on their food I would expect everything to be hot and correct and waiting 20 mins at the last window to get your meal waste of time and money I would not suggest anyone to go there.

The older lady was struggling when placing our order. Also made me pay for sauce even tho it was suppose to come with one. The chicken as well as maccaroni and fries had absolutely no seasoning SO BLAND there was no fixing it ? the fish had a great taste so complaints on it!

The rolls omg delicious.As always I love it!! Go get when we want home cooked food
i've never had a problem until sunday night. I had the worst customer service at the drive in. it took the dude 20 minutes and three times to get our order right. the employees were not doing their job they had a whole line of people backed up. not to mention the employee wasn't wearing gloves when cooking either grabbing the food with his bare hands. the whole staff of employees were unprofessional!
