I usually like eating at DQ but this store in particular has the slowest service I've ever seen and idk why this happens every time we fo there I waited 10 mins or longer behind a vehicle that was at the window and all they gave e him was a drink and he drove off so why would it ever take that long for one drink to be handed out. Whomever runs this location really needs to step up there game on making sure this stuff gets out quickly hints the (FAST FOOD RESTURANT)

This is a poor establishment. If you’re going to close at 8:30 instead of 9 like you’re supposed to, then don’t let people order at 8:30. I put in an order in the app at 8:32 and when I got there ten minutes later, the girl came out and told me that they didn’t have any food items because they close in 10 minutes. Mind you, this is at 8:42. They had time to cook my food in ten minutes. It should have been ready when I got there. This is not how you run a fast food restaurant. Also, I wasn’t signed in to the app. I checked out as a guest. So I wasted $35 to be told I’m gonna have to call in the morning for a refund. Unprofessional.

Spent 20$ including a coupon I had and expected for it to be that because typically it’s a good experience and the food is good but this time… Terrible service trying to order i was rushed and i didn’t get my sauce i paid for. Not only that but i waited a longggg time which is normal for them but my food came out cold not even fresh! The coke i got is so flat I can’t drink it’s disgusting and Im frustrated it’s so hard to get in touch with them and the manager. I’d like to speak with them.

My granddaughter is the pickiest child on earth. She wanted waffles but DQ doesn't sell them. Of course she said no to all the other options but the lady at the register said they did have French toast sticks my granddaughter said no again but the employee told her they were good and that they had cinnamon and powdered sugar on them. My granddaughter perked up and said yes. She really liked them. I was relieved and thankful for the excellent customer service, thank you

Why do dairy queen send out coupons, when this dairy queen will not accept them. In today economy people are looking for a reasonable way to save money. I will not bother eating here when there are other hamburger places that accepts the companies coupons.

We just went thru drive thru & got ice cream. At one point while we were in line we saw an employee bring a car their food before the car got up to window.
Parking: We didn't park, but seemed to be plenty of parking.
