Terrible Service and Rude Staff
I had a really unpleasant experience at Flying Burger in Magnolia, Arkansas. One of the employees, an older Black woman, had an awful attitude from the start. She literally broke my ice cream cone while serving it and then got even more rude when I asked about it. Completely unacceptable behavior! I won’t be coming back as long as she’s working there. It’s a shame because the food is usually good, but service like this ruins the entire experience. Definitely not recommending this place with staff like that.

I love flying burger but so tried of getting those little pieces of fish. If I eat inside it’s all good but if I order and pick it up it’s very small pieces. Let’s stay consistent. Thanks!

When I first ordered there, the food was phenomenal. Not sure what has happened but the person on the speaker has a hard time hearing not sure what’s up with that. The grease isn’t fresh, tastes like my chicken fingers were cooked in shrimp/fish grease. I understand everyone needs a job but this is also how you lose customers. I do believe it’ll get better overtime but as expensive as it is, the food should be top notch.
Love the fried fish , just not wild about the frys ....they were a bit soft and grease .

We came for the first time in the middle of a large rush of people and they knocked it out of the park. We were quickly served quality fresh cooked food with fantastic service from everyone. I would highly recommend. The price was great for the quality we received. Awesome fresh cut fries !
