I called in an order, and when I arrived they had no record of it because they forgot to place the order through the computer. No one apologized. We dined in anyways, and the service was terrible. We had to wait for more than 10 minutes for a refill and we were only offered one even though our drinks were empty. They never cleared the dirty dishes from our table. I had to ask for a take out box even though we had more than half a pizza left. I never received my dessert and had to wait to have it removed from my bill by the manger who was also our server. It seemed as though we were an inconvenience to the entire staff for dining in.

My family got the fettuccine Alfredo which was very flavorless, and my husband's was very watery. He got the shrimp and chicken and the chicken was less than desirable. I got the pasta trio, my Alfredo was decent, added pepper and it gave it some flavor. My chicken however did not taste very good at all. It tasted like it was processed chicken. The service was good at least.

The decor and seating is very minimal. I got the pasta trio, and the fettucine alfredo was good but bland. The complementary bread was delicious! Overall, not super impressive but I would go back since there aren't many italian options in Magnolia.

Hidden gem. Well considered menu with gourmet offerings. Well worth the prices. Large interior space a bit lacking in quality seating. Staff was very friendly and overall the best experience I had in Magnolia.

just moved in for college, the atmosphere was very welcoming and the place is well maintained and the service is fast my brother ate the calamari and says it's very light and easy to eat, and good the staff is very nice too :)

We took our children today. After waiting about 30 minutes, I asked about our order and it had not been started because it got lost. I told them I didn't have time to wait. My suggestion for service would be that if a table doesn't have their food in a reasonable amount of time, check and see why, especially if the restaurant is relatively empty. Our server made sure our drinks and bread were full. They didn't charge us for drinks when we were leaving. The only food I can rate is the bread.

Overall a good experience. The restaurant is attached to a hotel and the parking was limited and the parking lot is tight.
There is certainly nothing special about the decor, but it was clean.
I ordered a pepperoni calzone, which is not on the menu but I asked them to swap out the sausage in the calzone for pepperoni. It was good, but not the best I've had.
The service was good and the prices are reasonable. My only complaint would be that they charge a fee for using a card to pay.

I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce, meatballs and mushrooms. I received a bowl full of pasta 2 meatballs and a spoon full of meat sauce. For traveling workers staying at the Quality Inn, you will be disappointed.
