We ordered take out here on our way into town to visit family. The order itself was fine. It was ready when we were told it would be. However, the service here is seriously lacking. My husband walked in to pick up and saw two workers, one in the kitchen and one behind the register. He was ignored even though there wasn't a single customer in the dining room. Once acknowledged by the young man at the register, who appeared high, he told us there was no take out order for us. My husband had to come get me from the car to come inside and see why there was no order for us. Turns out, they had just put it in as a delivery order and not pick up even though our receipt clearly said pick up. Next time, we will just go to Dominoes next door.

We had a very good meal at the Magnolia AR Pizza Hut. The cashier was pleasant. The head cook (manager?) realized we didn’t receive the type of crust we ordered. We didn’t complain. Before we finished our meal he brought out exactly what we had ordered for free. This was unexpected and we appreciate him wanting to make it right. Disregard the negative comments and give Pizza Hut another try.

Usually this is the best pizza place in town, but recently it’s gotten awful. The crust has been so thin and dry it’s like sand paper. Cardboard is more edible! Very skimpy on toppings, also some areas on the pizza almost entirely lack cheese and sauce.

I was greeted when I walked in they took my order with no problem my pizza came fast and it was delicious I even came back for desert would definitely recommend to my friends they had a very good crew and manager that was there
Wonderful service. Very clean and cozy. Staff friendly. Hot and correct order served in timely fashion. Highly recommend a visit. General manager is amazing and took time to make sure everything was good.
I had the worst experience ever in my life 2/8/25 at Pizza Hut Magnolia AR. The service was awful and the food was worse. I asked for another pizza cause they didn’t give me what I ordered. I waited 2 1/2 hours and never got a pizza. I asked for my money back. The parking lot and drive through was full with complaining customers. I have never been treated this badly in my life. This Pizza Hut has a serious problem. I don’t recommend Pizza Hut in Magnolia ARKANSAS. 🤮👎🏾

This place is awful. I ordered two pizzas one supreme with bell peppers on half and the second was a meat lovers. I got home and had one with half supreme the other half had jalapeño the second pizza was cheese only. Spent a half hour on hold and no one even answered the phone. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! And it cost me $53. Only 2 pizzas. Ridiculous
