I recently visited Pizza Hut in Magnolia. They are under new management. The restaurant is clean and tidy and the customer service is great. Be sure to stop in and meet the new manager and order a delicious pizza!

I came to location due to Dominoes across the street stating as a walk in that there not taking any more orders per management request which I believed to be odd; either way I left with a smile on my face and went to Pizza Hut across the street where I had been welcomed and greeted kindly by a gentleman by the name of Kendal! He was able to not only provide me a variety of options based on what I specified that I had been looking for as well as give me a bit on insight on the town itself which is much appreciated! The courtesy alone is more than enough for me to continue to do business with them in the near future. Thank you guys as a team who so kindly assisted me in a moment of confusion and just wanting to place an order!

We ordered take out here on our way into town to visit family. The order itself was fine. It was ready when we were told it would be. However, the service here is seriously lacking. My husband walked in to pick up and saw two workers, one in the kitchen and one behind the register. He was ignored even though there wasn't a single customer in the dining room. Once acknowledged by the young man at the register, who appeared high, he told us there was no take out order for us. My husband had to come get me from the car to come inside and see why there was no order for us. Turns out, they had just put it in as a delivery order and not pick up even though our receipt clearly said pick up. Next time, we will just go to Dominoes next door.

We had a very good meal at the Magnolia AR Pizza Hut. The cashier was pleasant. The head cook (manager?) realized we didn’t receive the type of crust we ordered. We didn’t complain. Before we finished our meal he brought out exactly what we had ordered for free. This was unexpected and we appreciate him wanting to make it right. Disregard the negative comments and give Pizza Hut another try.

Usually this is the best pizza place in town, but recently it’s gotten awful. The crust has been so thin and dry it’s like sand paper. Cardboard is more edible! Very skimpy on toppings, also some areas on the pizza almost entirely lack cheese and sauce.
