This was our first experience at Scooter’s, the line moved very quickly, service was exceptional and the workers were very personable; but upon getting our drink, they had a burnt taste and tasted pretty much the same despite being completely different. We payed $15 for two large drinks which isn’t a bad price but for the drinks to be mediocre it was upsetting.

Went to get an iced coffee and was served hot coffee, when I stated clearly through the drive through what I wanted ! Once I got to the window and got the coffee she said she couldn’t take the order back through the window even though she just handed it to me ! Terrible customers service very disappointing
